David Warner is doing the Benny range but I wonder how much mileage there would be in bringing back other Unbound Doctors?
Cushing was the most prominent but he's no longer with us and I don't suppose there would be point in doing Companion Chronicles, but what about Rowan Atkinson and Richard E Grant, prequelling Curse of Fatal Death and sequelling Scream of the Shalka. Would people buy them?!

I wouldn't mind Benny's adventures to cross into other Unbound universes, trying to find the way back to her own universe or something. I'd like to see the fate of the worlds that were created, even if the Doctors are no longer with us. A dastardly plot by Kisgart's Master perhaps, culminating in a multiversal mashup by the remaining/available unbound Doctors intent on stopping him.

Well, a third Bayldon story would have been nice, but I suppose they could always do some clever spin on a post-regeneration story. And if the BBC lets BF move Warner into the Prime Universe, it would be incredible. But given that - massive spoilers for Jacobi, Weir, Jayston and Collings - the other four Unbound Doctors are basically all dead... I'd rather see new What Ifs. Here are a few I've considered over the years: - The Doctor accepted the Master's offer (in Frontier in Space, but also probably elsewhere) to rule the universe. He attempts to be a benevolent dictator. - A companion actor plays a Doctor and a Doc plays a companion. Ie. The Doctor (Bonnie Langford) and her middle aged programmer companion Mel (Colin Baker). Perhaps Susan took on the mantle of Doctor when her grandfather died on Skaro... - And I liked how Jayston reprised a classic series role in the first set of Unbounds. What about an elderly John Smith (David Tennant) dealing with an alien invasion? Alongside other dubious Doctors (TV Comic's Dr. Who and his grandchildren? Shalka? Atkinson? Lumley? Gatiss?), it would be easy to scrounge up a handful of solid stories for a series or a boxset! The only question of course is whether Unbounds sold well in the first place...

Yeah, I hated Richard E Grant. The character, as written by Cornell, wasn't bad but REG just missed the mark entirely. Nearly every line he says I think " That's your reading of that line? Really?". I always thought I was in something of a minority untill I saw RTD absolutely trash Grant's portrayal - and that's RTD who's got a kind word for almost everything and everyone but he slaughtered REG. I think it was an ep of Confidential. Safe to say we'd have had a different Dr Simeon if Rusty wrote him. He praised Hugh Grant though, and Hugh has since said he was sounded out for The Doctor in 2005 and wishes he'd pursued it. THAT would have been a different Series 1. As for Atkinson, fun for a sketch. He just played Blackadder Doctor though, didn't he? Which I guess is cool but I don't need more of that ever.

I'd like to see more of the Collings!Doctor prior to Full Fathom Five, he's always been an interesting oddity and who wouldn't want more David Collings? I wouldn't mind Benny's adventures to cross into other Unbound universes, trying to find the way back to her own universe or something. Sort of like an alternate version of The War Games?

Might be fun to have the Warner Doctor and a prime Doctor interact. I haven't watched Scream of the Shalka so don't know about Grant's portrayal save it's reputation. I think Atkinson's Doctor is best left in his own bubble.

I'd like a story set in a universe where the Silurian plague wiped our humanity and the fourth Doctor looks like a Silurian, and spnow something older than the Silurians is waking up ... and history is repeating ...

I would LOVE to see a Second Doctor following from Bayldon's First Doctor, using one of the alternative casting choices for Patrick Troughton.

Otherwise its basically just Trevor Martin.

I'd like to see John and Gillian brought to life from TV Comic.

I think it's only fair - I mean, Jason and Crystal got a Companion Chronicle... There be a whole comic adventure box-set - bringing back Frobisher & Izzy Sinclair, using John and Gillian, Kroton, Abslom Daak, et al. Just imagine...

If we are going to scrape the bottome of the barrell that much then an adaptation of the TV21 comic strips with Yarvelling and those mutated war machines is a must! Dalek Empire Unbound... just imagine...
