Oh, I don't like this. RTD, I love you, but Harriet Jones sacrifice is a HUGE part of what makes The Stolen Earth works and this feels a bit revionist.

Oh, I don't like this. RTD, I love you, but Harriet Jones sacrifice is a HUGE part of what makes The Stolen Earth works and this feels a bit revionist. That's something I really liked about Harriet Jones's character. The Doctor ousts her out of office in a fit of pique (justifiable or not is left up to the viewer), yet she doesn't let his condemnation slow her down and she eventually ends up being one of the noblest figures that he affected during that time on Earth.
