It's very rare to stumble across a Doctor Who story which isn't quotable, whether it's "DREEEEAMS of CONqueeest" or "Nobody in the universe could do what we're doing."

It's very rare to stumble across a Doctor Who story which isn't quotable So true, whether inspiring - Leela appreciating her new Universe, in 'Horror of Fang Rock': "It is better to believe in science." or funny - Sarah, seeing the Doctor in full 'mummy' disguise in 'Pyramids of Mars': "It must have been a terrible accident!" or the ones that make me want to joiin in as a chorus - "Nothing in the world can stop me now!"
