Which ones will go quickly this time, then, do you think? The Harvest
The Reaping
The Gathering
Medicinal Purposes
The 8th doc ones

I’m surprised that Medicinal Purposes is there, I always looked at it and thought it would be one of the forgotten ones that lasts longer. Perhaps I’ll need to keep an eye on it.

Very good suggestions, I'd guess. 'Medicinal Purposes' of course, all the new Ten fans. I doubt it's ever been confirmed but possibly BF pressed more copies of some stories which they expected to be very popular - it would seem sensible. (Daleks, Cybermen, the Master, etc.) For example, from the 1-50 block 'The Apocalypse Element' should on paper be a highly sought-after story (and it's excellent) but I was able to easily buy a new copy at a bargain price just three years ago and it doesn't cost much to buy a used copy now.

It's got Tennant in it I guarantee it'll be front and centre of the News Story, same with the Gathering (Janet Fielding's BF debut)

Interesting, that's what I would have expected - but I bought that one from Amazon just like any other CD, when others from the first 50 were long gone! They must have had extra stock.

Which ones will go quickly this time, then, do you think? The Eighth Doctor ones for sure, particularly Natural History of Fear and Terror Firma. Possibly The Next Life too because of its significance. The Juggernauts is another I think will go quick, along with Arrangements for War and Thicker than Water. Probably the Birthday Trilogy as well. Could someone explain that reference please?

So does this mean that download prices will be lowered to the same as 1-50 too? If so I think I just felt my bank account tremble...

That would be my guess as well. Like I said, lots of download gap filling is in my future if indeed those guesses are correct.

I'm missing a fair few myself! I don't really have any money to spare at the moment, but (hopefully) might be able to grab a couple on pay-day next week! Hold that thought melkur, they haven't announced when they will become permanently discounted.

... permanently discounted .... I must have heard differently, but i heard 'limited time special offer' (but I guess the 'limited' reference was probably to to the fact that the CDs would sell out)?

As I expect many of us have, I've long since completed my collection of these stories, though 4-5 of them I only have on CD so I'll be looking forward to the new price so I can pick up the downloads for those stories.
Personal favorites from this group:
The Wormery The Natural History of Fear The Harvest Medicinal Purposes The Juggernauts The Game Three's a Crowd Unregenerate! Terror Firma Live 34 Singularity Night Thoughts The Kingmaker Something Inside The Nowhere Place The Reaping The Gathering Memory Lane No Man's Land Year of the Pig Circular Time Son of The Dragon (My most favorite of the bunch)
