And then the fourth and perhaps literally final episode (it seems), featuring a rising 'demon' and The End Of The World in the 21stC. And the Doctor doing some nifty piloting and seemingly driving the TARDIS through the laws of time. I'm still not sure, did the Doctor always rescue Nyssa and Adric before they died, or only that one time...? 'Schrodinger’s Ghost' again, perhaps. If he wasn't sure they had died, then he could save them... Spooky! I definitely picked up on the implication that he did something naughty, but I'll have to give it another listen to see if I can work out what exactly it was. I think he made the remark just before he does whatever it is.

My take on Ghost Walk in now up at Cultbox - a complex temporal puzzle of a story which has some very modern sensibilities. And damned funny with it.

Finished the story yesterday and the regular interviews today. I thought it was a fun inventive story with lots of surprises. Last minute saves indeed. Considering how imprecise the TARDIS can be at times, it makes you wonder whether The Doctor really was on the nose on the first attempts.
Glad to hear the genesis of the story in the interviews

Loved it, i liked the puzzle elements to this & how it all fitted together, James Goss is another brilliant writer & this is just what the Doctor ordered for me during a recent bereavement as it distracted me into another world for a couple of hours.
9/10.

This was terrifying near the end. Bleak and Dark I really liked this and the ending was so gutwrenching I wondered if the Lpvecraftian Evil would manifest and be continued in another release.
And I haven't gotten chills like that since Lalla Ward's whispery "Scaroth" in City of Death.
I found Static unsettling and it had some great twists but this really frightened me and I worry about nightmares tonight.
I also liked the reminder that both Adric and Nyssa are not human and Nyssa is starting to develop a slight fear of eartgh I feel. It's hard to not to factor in her later stories in this regard but she really has some rather dreadful earth experiences.
For some reason this also reminds me of Harvest of Time due to the overwhelming sense of dread I felt.
My first BF subscription is definitely a winner!

Ugh, I have to say that immediately after episode two this plunged straight to the depths of utter, utter boredom for me. Come early part four I'd lost all interest in, and hence understanding of, what was going on. I simply went through the motions of having it play as background noise while I walked the dog. I wasn't even listening come the end. Terrible audio!

I suppose it's swings and roundabouts, I'm glad some folks enjoyed it, but for me it was absolutely dire. In fact it's the worst BF audio I've heard since that utter pile of trash released in 2014 'The Abandoned' ! That was virtually impossible to listen too, and must surely go down as the worst release of all time !
