Seeing as how the BF-oriented ones always go down well, I figured let's try with some TV Who.
Now yes, we don't know what kind of Doctor and companion Jodie and Bradley will be yet, but this is more spitballing ideas and scenarios you'd like to see in a 50 minute story. And keep it productive: no 'I don't want x (Dalks, Cybermen, Mandrels)', this is about what you would want to see an episode be about.

I'd like to see a reverse 'Planet of Giants': a story where, somehow, the TARDIS crew grow huge and how that affects their interactions with the world. Ala 'Gulliver's Travels', but really having fun with the 'relativities of size', as Syd would say.

There was actually a Doctor Who Adventures Comic with the Doctor and Donna on a similar kind of premise. In that story the TARDIS' 'Alice in Wonderland' circuit (educational box-ticked) causing it and Donna to grow to huge size. The Doctor tracked down someone who apparently had a spare circuit and Donna convinced him to give it over by repairing his roof. At least that's as much as I remember of it. Ooh it's difficult to think of a single idea... given that it seems to be quite a large group of regulars perhaps a story where they're trapped in the TARDIS with some evil thing onboard could be interesting, kind of like Edge of Destruction but with a slightly more immediate threat than a stuck switch.

Said it before: a historical about witch trials. If not something with Salem, then how about 13 meeting and battling the Witchfinder General?

On an idyllic human colony, the people are being taxed to poverty while those in charge are living the high life. Until someone decides enough and begins stealing the wealth back. This mysterious thief is joined by the zany Doctor and her companions along with a band of fellow hackers.
A little on the nose but I'm surprised we haven't had a Robin Hood pastiche.

One where she visits Mel on a whim, because she's decided to not be so angsty and dramatic about her break-ups and drop in on her companions from time to time. It starts out as tea and chatting, but inevitably snowballs into a full-fledged adventure. I also just have a hunch that the two would work well together.
And a Christmas story where she's telling the story of one of her previous Christmas adventures (perhaps to a kid while she's tucking them in, or to a friend to whom the story has relevance). In the story, the Doctor seems quite spikey and irritable compared to her usual demeanour, until it eventually leads her to paying a visit to her grand-daughter for the first time in eons, knocking on a snowy door to her greeting. The camera does a panorama shot, and by the time it come back round to the Doctor we see Peter Capaldi, and it's revealed to have been a Twelfth Doctor story all along. He goes in to the house and the story ends.

Even though it was an urban myth of the fandom, I'd actually like to see what sort of story 'The Island of Fandor' could be.

An intimate story where the Doctor meets, befriends and loses (potentially out of sequence) someone famous a la “Girl in the Fireplace” told from the human’s perspective.
