I think what Dalekbuster means is when Tennant left the publicity was everywhere & hyped to fever pitch but over the years has slightly dwindled maybe because it's a established show now it doesn't need the over hype, whether that's a good thing or not time will tell.
No doubt we'll get teasers & there is a radio program with Capaldi nearer Christmas discussing this episode.

No, Keane really are ranked ninth in best selling albums of the decade following 2000: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_albums_of_the_2000s_(decade)_in_the_United_KingdomThey are a big band, I've never heard of them before today (I don't particularly follow music, didn't even know Little Mix were formed on the X Factor till today either) but clearly they're a big deal. Don't see why they shouldn't be big enough for The Graham Norton Show. I don't see what the big deal is here. So no-one from Who is on Graham Norton? Don't see how you extrapolate the publicity as an 'omnishambles' from that. Because The Graham Norton Show is the most popular chat show currently on TV and it would be pretty easy for the BBC to get somebody from Twice Upon A Time to appear. Also the fact that it is Peter Capaldi's regeneration story, and I believe regeneration stories should be plugged non-stop in terms of the publicity. The Graham Norton Show in not a BBC production. it's owned by Graham Norton, the BBC don't have a say in the show.
