We should definitely show them Doctor Who, as I'm sure it would be seen as them as a fairly balanced take on us and them. Aliens aren't always the bad guys, and likewise we aren't always on the right side of the moral compass either. I think the Men In Black series would possibly have to be hidden - could be viewed as racist to the aliens.
