Yes, Hunters of Earth from Destiny of the Doctor is set roughly a month or so, timeline wise, before the TV series starts.
Quinnis is also pre-An Unearthly Child, as well, set prior to their arrival on Earth.

Do you think they'll do some of these with Bradley and Grant?

There are a couple of Telos novellas set in this time period I'd love to hear adapted, especially Kim Newman's Time and Relative. Reading that has become one of my little Christmas traditions. It would make a gorgeous audio... the cracking ice and snow could be really effective on audio, I think.

There's also The Sleeping Blood in the first first Doctor Companion Chronicles box set.

As others have mentioned, there's The Beginning, The Sleeping Blood, The Alchemists, Quinnis, and Hunters of Earth. Telos Novellas Frayed and Time and Relative, anniversary novella/audiobook A Big Hand For The Doctor, Unbounds Auld Mortality and A Storm of Angels if you're up for alternate interpretations, and, if you're up for "young first doctor on gallifrey" stories, there's One Fine Time Lord from Word Of Mouth Productions, which is the first part of a trilogy, though I'm not sure if the other two parts feature the child not yet named "Doctor".
