Do adult fans need to be better in fandom discourse? I can't help but feel that older fans at times model patterns of behaviour that aren't exactly ideal for younger fans.

Do adult fans need to be better in fandom discourse? In regards to what? The relationship and communication between younger fans? The ability to act like adults when something they don't like happens?

Sorry but i just tell it as i see it, i would never attack a individual personally but fandom can be a poisonous chalice, what angers me is when posters try & force one change there opinion & your wrong & there right,we all have creative differences doesn't mean were right or wrong.

1. Forcing one's opinion on others and trying to convince them. 2. Branding someone wrong if they do not conform to popular views. Avoid the above and fandom would be much more peaceful
