Just a heads up. If you see someone asking for fans to contribute to a fanzine called Pocket TARDIS, don't do it. The person in question was banned on Doctor Who Amino for plagarising the Stargazers fanzine.

The mods and admin on the Doctor Who Facebook group where she'd posted asking for contributions to the fanzine she was banned for on the Amino appear to have stepped in and removed the post. I've no idea if she's on here, I just thought i'd warn people in case they see Pocket TARDIS fanzine anywhere or it's posted about on here. Don't want anyone accidentally becoming involved in plagarism.

I thought this place wasn't the place to discuss outside activity from other forums. When I linked to a tweet that illustrated the flow of conversation at the time, the cringeworthy tweet just so happened to be a member here that I was unaware of (as it turned out, it was you DB!). My link disappeared with no reason given, so posted it again,.. again, for no reason given it was deleted again. It appears each time it was being reported by you... and finally a reason from a mod why it had been removed, and to top it off, given a 10% warning (which still has yet to be taken off, Ela, even after explaining the above).

If you say so but it doesn't alter the most important factor that there are people involved. And you've done exactly the same thing you reported me for, in fact more, you've made a whole thread about it, whereas mine was a mere passing post.

I wouldn't do this unless it was a very serious issue. I'm just trying to save everybody on here from accidentally getting involved in a project that may tarnish their reputation, just in case they come across it somewhere. |

The former could have serious detrimental impacts on somebody's professional reputation. |

It’s events that are pretty much irrelevent to here, that DB is blowing completely out of proportion. Someone created a fanzine that looked similar to another one in the same community, and like the billion others that came before it which all look the same anyway. |

This thread makes a bit more sense now, I'd never heard of Doctor Who Amino before. It's actually called Whovian Amino, and the person was permanently banned for plagarism. I'm trying to save you all from deciding to contribute to this fanzine if you see it anywhere and therefore destroying your professional reputation. |
