What has been favourite Big Finish addition to the Who mythos?

Everything with the Eighth Doctor and Sixth Doctor. I think that about sums it up.
But, more seriously, if I had to choose one thing, I'd say it was the completion of the Sixth Doctor's character arc and giving him a proper regeneration story that I appreciate most. I love the original companions we're still continuing to get and how they've even taken parts of his era on television that didn't go so well and added to them, like making something interesting out of Peri's anticlimactic survival in Trial of a Time Lord or giving Mel stories where we see her put her computer skills to work without a single scream.
All that might be stretching the definition of mythos I think you may be asking for, I'm not sure.

Evelyn Smythe. (RIP Maggie Stables, very definitely missed)

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Graceless. Such a simple idea and explored with maturity, verve and intelligence.

I think Sixie has been incredibly well served by getting real TLC at Big Finish and Colin has grabbed it with both hands, showing just what a great Doctor he is. I'm not a big fan of his era on TV (nothing to do with the actors, by the way, I thought they were better than the majority of scripts they were given - just my opinion, obviously) but his audios are really terrific. Hearing his character develop through relationships with friends like Evelyn has been a joy.
Paul McGann's Doctor has gone from being a one-off Doctor with an hour of screen time (an hour in which he was exceptional, being fair) to being a fully rounded and developed character. I know the books did a lot of terrific work with him but audio is a different mnedium. Actually hearing McGann as the Doctor again - and being so good - glorious.

I've been looking back through my Order History on the BF website...
Apparently, my first purchase was in 2009 with Storm Warning, Sword of Orion and The Apocalypse Element. A year later, there's Patient Zero, The Nightmare Fair, and The Marian Conspiracy.
Then, there's this explosion of releases and both the Sixth and Eighth Doctors take off like rockets.

The War Doctor for me. How delightful it was for Big Finish to get John Hurt back to record a whole series of adventures. Great stuff.
The Sixth Doctor I can buy into being a decent choice. I don’t tend to delve into his adventures much, so I can’t speak for overall progression, but for me he bears little resemblance to his TV persona on audio.
The Eighth Doctor was a close choice for me, but the War Doctor clinched it just because he wouldn’t be served without the audios.

Jago & Litefoot, no contest.
Unless you meant ‘purely Doctor Who.’ Then, for me, it’s a dead heat between how wonderfully they’ve served Colin and Paul’s Doctors. Very little likeable about either of their televised appearances, but at Big Finish they’re unquestionably my favourite Doctors. Both of them are fine actors, and what Big Finish writes for them lets their talents shine in a way their television scripts didn’t.

I like that Nyssa, Tegan and Turlough actually have a period of travelling together. And of course all of their original companions are great as well.
Jago & Litefoot also have a very special place in my heart, as well as Gallifrey.
I'm realizing, though, that it's hard to narrow down what BF has added when there's more DW from them than anyone else.

Loving this thread! It's fantastic to see written down just how much Big Finish have brought to the worlds of Doctor Who. They have changed and shaped the landscape of the show so brilliantly.
I would have to agree with everyone already and add my two pennies for how well (and how much) Big Finish have used the Geoffrey Beevers Master. Despite just the one TV outing, the extensive and excellent audio performances mean this incarnation now stands head and shoulders with his other selves. It's always treat to hear his sinister silky tones purring in my ears!

The two things that immediately come to mind are essentially all the develop Sixie has gotten, like Season 22 and 23 are pretty just a minuscule part of his timeline now, whereas they used to be the whole bulk. And then also the Sara Kingdom stories.

The 3 Masters Beevers and Jacobi exclude the charm deadly cunning style and McQueen's just the right level OTT flair without being 80s camp.
The revitalization of Leela

Thought of another one - I was shocked the other day when I remembered that Vicki and Steven only had three stories together on TV when I think of them as such a major TARDIS team.
Same with Leela and her season and a half - it feels like she was there as long as Sarah Jane.

I'm terrible at picking favorites, especially when it's my favorite addition to one of my favorite things...
Who-niverse: Dalek Empire
Alternate Who-niverse: Benny + Warner Unbound Doctor. (They need to create an Unbound Warner range. Seriously. Give him 8-10 eps a year, like Baker and McGann. Might as well stick Benny with him for a while. And I'd really love a Warner Doc+Benny+McCoy or, if possible, Warner Doc+Benny+Capaldi)
Doctor Who itself: I can't point to any one thing/episode/character, but in general, my favorite thing about Big Finish is that they're basically Midas but without the gift being a curse. They improve what's already good and rehabilitate things I didn't like in the show. Picture me, as a ten year old, watching a rerun of Earthshock on PBS (US public station) and cheering when Adric bit the dust. His character was supposed to be several years older than me but still a sort of proxy for such a viewer, but I didn't like the way he was written for the show even at that young age. Big Finish brings Waterhouse in and..... great things result.
I can't sing enough praise for Big Finish, especially in this regard. They fix and improve everything that could use it, with just the one exception: the campy evil villain laugh.
EDIT: He said "mythos"! Oops. Ok, so for Mythos....erm... well what is that? I guess Dalek Empire then. I don't recall much of anything about two great Dalek-Human wars in the TV show, so that.
But I'm leaving the rest because whatever. I'm only half-joking when I say that I could seriously grant Big Finish open access to my bank account so they can simply withdraw funds every time they release a full cast Who thing.

Basically, Big Finish have improved and expanded on so much of the Doctor Who universe that I couldn't pick just one thing out as a favourite. There's just been so much heart warming goodness since 1999.

Expansions: Priceless Jago & Litefoot and the magnificent Counter-Measures 1-4. The Time War. And recently, the new attention being given to the excellent Vicki/Steven and Polly/Ben / Polly/Ben/Jamie teams.
Additions: the new Companions. Evelyn, Erimem, Charley, Hex, Flip, Constance, Churchill (as a central character and Associate if not Companion). What actors, characters and stories!

Oh, a couple years after that they'll have beaten the Classic Series for longevity. Neat.
