X-Men: Dark Phoenix will now open on February 19, New Mutants will now open on August 2 2019 according to Deadline: deadline.com/2018/03/20th-century-fox-release-dates-bohemian-rhapsody-dark-phoenix-the-new-mutants-1202353890/

Looks like Fox want to let the dust settle on the recent buyout.

To be fair, the buy-out hasn't happened yet. The deal needs federal approval and there isn't a guarantee that that will happen. Still, talking about reshooting up to 50% of New Mutants while adding 2 or 3 characters is big.
