The Zygon Who Fell to Earth and Death in Blackpool are part of the same character arc, so definitely should be bought together. Both stories are strong, with the latter being an important story for the Doctor and Lucie.
Zygon Hunt is achingly traditional. It doesn't try to go outside of the box or try something different. If you like traditional, go for it.

The ending of Death in Blackpool is brilliant. One of my favorite Doctor Who scenes ever.

Zygon Hunt is achingly traditional. It doesn't try to go outside of the box or try something different. If you like traditional, go for it. Michael Maloney's performance as the main "alpha male" hunter was enjoyably memorable. The focal point is more on Maloney's character (Gregor Saraton) rather than it is about Zygons. Eventfulness wise Zygon Hunt is your average adventure, but yet overall, I was quite satisfied with its featured characters - 7/10. I guess I like traditional, no electric guitar playing Doctors...

At least it's comprehensible and stand-alone. At that point though I was hoping for a rad rather than a trad, so at least series four was largely interesting (the Cybermen two part finale was literally a non-event). Each to their own though.

My question is do I get Zygon Hunt at this sale price or do I wait and hope that the entire third series of the 4DA go on sale sometime?

Do you intend to get the download or CDs for Fourth Doctor series three? If you've got the funds at the moment to spring more Zygon Hunt, get the CD and when you do get the series three bundle, sell on the extra copy or pass it on to a friend. Sales are unpredictable. Even when they tie into TV episodes, predicting specific titles can be hit or miss. There's currently a thread guessing what'll go on sale for Paul McGann's birthday.

The only one of the sale items I don't have is Zygon Hunt. Debating whether to get it.
