As kids we found her quite annoying as it seemed like she was the one constantly coming up with the solutions to the problems in each episode, leaving the Doctor looking stupid and ineffectual (and that's still kind of true looking back on it, but it didn't happen quite as regularly as I remembered). I think she treated Rory very poorly, what with running off on him the night before their wedding, as well as preferring to break up their marriage over telling him she can't have kids any more (the whole "I love you more" thing from Asylum of the Daleks actually makes me a bit angry, as I've never believed Amy loved Rory more as we've far more evidence to the contrary!). And then she sexually... harasses? assults? I'm not sure which word is appropriate here... the Doctor just after telling him she's getting married tomorrow. Maybe I wouldn't mind if she wasn't 100% sober (I probably still wouldn't accept it though as I'm not sure that's any excuse to be playing around), but he's clearly not comfortable with what's she's doing and she clearly doesn't care. Other people loved Amy and I'm not going to say your wrong in that, but there are some things in a person I refuse to overlook, and that last thing is definitely one of them. (I feel likely I've made this thread go from lighthearted to serious very quickly there, sorry guys!) I Completely agree with those points myself

(I feel likely I've made this thread go from lighthearted to serious very quickly there, sorry guys!) The whole 'divorcing Rory because they can't have children' stuff always jarred for me. Is Amy unaware of the existence of adoption? Or just talking things over like adults? No instead she just goes for the way to cause maximum hurt to everyone involved. It isn't brought up again after Asylum either, which is weird. Who knows what she was thinking at the end of Flesh and Stone. The Doctor's clearly uncomfortable, and it's just a really, really weird scene. Its a shame as Flesh and Stone and Asylum of the Daleks are both pretty good stories save for Amy's bizarre behaviour. I didn't mind Amy on the whole, but these moments just made no sense.

There is a BBC book out at the moment, six short stories written by the likes of James Goss,Paul Magrs and Cavan Scott "The Missy Chronicles" Michelle Gomez is already part of the BF fold,so why not a boxset "The Missy Chronicles"? or Are there obstacles? Which i rather suspect there might be!!!!

Well, since we're talking unlikely occurrences and pipe dreams, here we go:
Dr. Grace freakin' Holloway and the 8th Doctor or to put it another way The Eighth Doctor: The Second Adventure.
Christopher Eccleston in 'Big Finish Style' stories, not nostalgia trips (sorry 10th Doctor Adventures, I still like you). The Ninth Doctor Adventures starting from the moment Rose says, "no." New life, new companions, and new horizons, straight from the minds of Big Finish's brightest. These are things that this iteration of Mr. Who so desperately needs. There is more to him than just Rose Tyler. It would slaughter (not at all a 9th fanboy.) Or to put it another way: "WHY CHRISTOPER WHY TALK TO ME PLEASE! YOU ARE TEARING ME APART CHRISTOPHER!"
I would have said Eric Roberts next, but look who joined the party! So I'll just add this because I'm not sure if they will capitalize on Roberts being involved or not. In the unlikely/but who knows maybe column we have Eric Roberts VS Paul McGann one more time for old time's sake. Oh heck, lets just call this The Eighth Doctor: The Early Adventures with Daph, Paul, and Eric in a box-set/limited edition silky page Photoshop goodness. And for anyone concerned about continuity, I say this: while it is true that the comic adventures describe the Master losing this body, Big Finish has rarely had qualms, especially recently, about establishing their own takes on major unseen events IE The Last Adventure and the maiming of the Master are all things that had occurred already when Big Finish pulled the trigger on a new version.
That's all I've got off of the top of my head. Except.. maybe...more boorish early era Sixth Doctor? Okay, now I know I'm dreaming.

David Warner's Doctor in his own twice yearly series of boxsets. One of which just has to feature a crossover encounter with Tim Treloar's Doctor. The life that might have been. Oh well, I can dream.. Thety've got him in now, I hope the Warner Doctor appears outside Benny. Plenty of opportunities - Third Dr Advs, River Song, the next big anniversary multiDoc etc I do enjoy them together but i would definitely buy into Warner travelling with River at some point or any of the other Companions i mean he would be so different to THEIR Doctors it would be great

OHH ... what if it was Warner who rescued Sara Kingdom from The House in Ely?
I’d like new Unbounded Doctors, the Young War Doctor Adventures, the eighth Doctor to be on the Telly and an adaptation of War Of rhe Daleks.

I can't figure why this has never happened. Any reason that's known of? I believe it's happened, 1-2 seasons to go before the release (?). Tommy B is about 5 seasons in advance recorded

Is there much space between the Exit of E-Space and the arrival at TRAKEN for such a venture? Mind you no reason that The adventures couldn’t continue within E space,Romanaless,She can be off doing her own thing for a while

Mind you no reason that The adventures couldn’t continue within E space,Romanaless,She can be off doing her own thing for a while Oh, definitely. At the beginning of Traken, the Keeper mentions that, unlike him, the Doctor has quite a while to go yet. Same goes for Logopolis. Adric's reaction to hearing about Nyssa feels like a significant amount of time's passed since their visit as well. I tend to stick the last couple Fourth Doctor stories in that gap for how well they lead up into it. The Doctor hits a few scenarios that are about the end of things, then meets Merlin (possibly him from the far future) and is left contemplating his own future.
