We had fun with this on the old forum, so... Last thing I ate was whole wheat matzoh with Marmite. That's got to be an unusual combination. Last think I drank was a cup of coffee - not so unusual.

Just finished a veggie curry and a glass of ale! I'll have what you're eating. 3 slices of my homemade Banana Rum Bread. Ooh, that sounds delicious, we may just need a recipe.

Some crackers that my husband brought home to try that weren't very good.
And some pretzels that WERE very good.

Pretzels. And a banana. Might have some tea, too, now that you mention it.

Thanksgiving at my aunts who made everything: Turkey (of course), home made gravy, mashed potatoes, home made cranberry sauce, snow peas, sweet & sour meatballs, stuffing, and a really good pecan yam soufflé.
We had cherry pie for dessert. Not traditional but my aunt & uncle keep kosher & it's not easy finding non-dairy desserts.

It's not that hard. If cherry pie was all they could find, they're not trying hard enough. We keep kosher. We had pumpkin pie (non- dairy), mince pie, and apple cake. And there were brownies, but we were too full to eat them. There are lots of excellent desserts that can be made kosher and non-dairy.

Well apparently the kosher bakery they bought dessert from didn't offer a lot of options. My aunt didn't want to bake in top of cooking. I could have baked but I had to take a test today so did t really have the time. Anyways cherry pie was perfectly fine.

An orange, oatmeal with raspberries and cinnamon, and a cup of coffee. My standard day off from work breakfast.
