Honestly, being in the agent race myself, stuff like this is better than waiting for an opening on Twitter.

But dude, if I can level here, you're better off trying to find a way to go to a literature festival and chat with people, than basically gambling on internet submissions. That personal dimension, seeing that passion in person, is more important than usually given credit for, and it made a huge difference to my own output and getting gigs.
