I think the person I'd most have liked to have done DW is Louis Edmonds. Grayson Hall obviously.
Of those who have been doing DS for Big Finish then it has to be Kathryn Leigh Scott, and she does spend time in the UK each year... Davy, Joe and Matthew Waterhouse spent some time with her on one of her visits.

Lara Parker has a seductive voice that would be perfect for a Doctor Who. David Selby is another choice, he plays world-weary down to a fine art.
