a tip if u hidden a whole set of something like say dalek empire then it will not show up in filter unless put show all

Haven’t read every message here, but what worked for me was hide, then unhide every new release, then wait a day. Right after unhiding, refreshing in the old app still doesn’t work. But then the new release suddenly shows up on my Purchased list the next day. Now I can use the superior old app exclusively. Hide, unhide, wait a day.

Really this is no longer acceptable The website takes an age to load, the downloads are so slow, and no functioning app….. I have changed the password so many times Is this the end of big finish?
What’s gone so wrong that they cannot restore the same functionality, why so slow. Why not just restore the site to the functioning July site abandoning all changes. Then manually Input all orders from then. Then work on what’s gone wrong…..
No one in there right mind will be ordering from them in this current state
My library is currently at 1456, is this the issue? Tonight from clicking the website on my browser, it took 2.34 minutes to load the site….thank goodness it remembered me…..often it don’t…. I clicked on my library it to a further 1.42 minutes to load.
I wanted to download monster 4, the download took 20 mins to download (I am on 500 mb broadband for goodness sake
How the hell can I download my library at this rate…..let alone the hassle of actually getting it on my iPhone….
Ok I know they’re trying, but Chuck more manpower and money at it. This cannot carry on!

So is there way of thinking that the more customers do their job for them and hide stories- it will create a flow on effect and more people will be able to log in?

Yeah… I think there’s something really very wrong having gone on behind the scenes that (potentially as advised by lawyers) they’re not going to tell us. BF was there when this downloadable/streaming audio lark started. For them to have arsed this up so spectacularly and not gotten a quick fix is out of character.

Not being able to access stories I have paid for via the app is long beyond a joke at this stage. How are a company as unprofessional as this still in business? Loyalty only stretches so far.

You're talking about hiding stories for app functionality, right? But that doesn't explain why the website is so slow (for those of us who have opted out of using the currently nonfunctional app unless one goes through a lot of work hiding and unhiding releases).

The Master! sale has just popped up on my phone. I have been using the old app to listen to previously downloaded titles. So, I thought I’d best check if the old app showed my recent purchases. It doesn’t. No point looking at that or any other sale then. And I’ll have to wait for my CDs to arrive for the Tom & Paul releases.

Have the creeping suspicion that the temporary workaround offered (that’s incredibly off-putting and time-consuming to implement, so is a no-go for many of us) has convinced Big Finish that they have offered an actual solution, or are hoping that people just stop asking about it.

I believe the actual plan of action they have put in place is to ignore the problem and hope people will just get used to it and stop complaining. As the old demotivational poster used to say "If we ignore our customers, maybe they will go away".
