So these last few days, I've been listening to stories by using the search bar to find it and listen to it.
When I finish listening, I'm still in the search results and I swipe to delete the story, at this point, without fail the app crashes on me.
Latest story was Romance of Crime/English Way of Death.
I'm using an iPhone SE, running 9.3.2

Did I miss something? 1) Search for story using search bar (no other filters) 2) Play story (the one I tried was a single track, not a boxset) 3) Finish story 4) Swipe to delete story (search still present)

Try it with a few minutes left, I've been skipping the special features, so it may be a case of interupting the playback or something.
I just got it to happen on demand with last of the cybermen.

Is it possible that it could be related to the size of the app, or the storage space being used?
I've got about 43 gb (wow) of audio on my phone due to the app, I wonder if that's affecting its stability in this case.

Storage space shouldn't affect deleting albums.
What album in particular did you try deleting? (I can try it on mine) When the app started up again, was it still there? Or did it go away? When you deleted it, was it in the mini-player at the bottom of the app?

I think I first noticed it with the second countermeasures boxset, but I just got it to trigger with Babblesphere.
When I reopen the app, it's gone.
I tried it with Trouble in Paradise (which also triggered it), and when I went to delete it, the mini player wasn't showing, it showed the keyboard (which i dismissed) and the search results.

What sort type are you using? (Release date, name,?) (Ascending, Descending?) Are you filtering by a range while this happens?

Sorting by release date descending, all ranges.
Only happens when I've searched for stories. Otherwise they delete just fine.

The app has been working well for me, when I use it. (I don't always listen on my phone.)

I know you've been busy working on this, but I keep getting a download error. I know it isn't lack of storage space because I have 10GB free on my phone. The error always comes up after reaching 100% downloaded.

How do people on a Windows phone listen to their Big Finish audios? Asking for a friend.

How do people on a Windows phone listen to their Big Finish audios? Asking for a friend. At the moment I don't think there's an app for them. They'd have to manually download onto the phone and use a music player that supports the formats That will hackmodford's next project Cheers Tony

I was wondering if there was an alternative app people use?

I was wondering if there was an alternative app people use? On Android I use SmartAudio Player, but I don't think it's available on Windows. Just done a quick search and this will probably work as an alternative. It plays from the phone or Onedrive and remembers the last position. Apart from the BF app, I don't think there are any others that allow to connect directly to BF's download accounts, so files would have to be downloaded and saved locally then played. Cheers Tony

I wouldn't get my hopes up for a Windows Phone app. If there will be one, I'm afraid I'm not going to be building it since I don't have the experience.

I've just dowloaded the android app, and pretty much everythibf I've tried to download has had the same error - "Failed to unzip: zip eaders not found. Probably not a zip file". I say pretty much because I did manage to download the smallest file I could think of - The Confessions of Dorian Gray: Frostbite. With a running time of just under 7 minutes, it's comparatively tiny.
I reently acquired a Pixel, which has Android OS 7.1. I say this because it's a new range of phones and a later OS than many, so either of these could be a contributing factor.
Or it may just be that I need to download an appropriate file decompression app.
Ant onr had a similar experience they overcame? Or any suggestions?

I know this is probably the most insane request, but would it be possible to delete certain stories in box sets after you have listened to them to make more room. Thanks.
