Well sadly, here's something that's not so glib: the state of the UK Quarantining measures as shown by an elderly couple (who are UK citizens). And for over 2 grand, to restate what Priti is doing.

Seems MacLeod's post is inspiring others to come forward about the quarantine quality. Dirty hotels and more cheap and low grade food.

There is too much anger over the double standards to let it pass what with other incidences ( Cornwall G7, Wembley - 2.500 FIFA VIP's to skip quarantine. etc). There is no public record of her appointment. She was awarded a Whitehall Pass whilst other Civil Servants were working from home, so that they could 'meet up'. And she effectively invoiced £1,000 a day expenses to the taxpayer for the inconvenience. Lets assume that Boris is 'weighing up' the situation....

I would love for you to be right daver, but right now, I think Boris thinks 'it's in hand' and is more than happy to yank us around, pounding away as has been his modus operandi for a good while. It may yet explode and provide relief, but that's far from a hard hope.

I remember when Boris Johnson was being investigated for 'wallpaper-gate', regarding doing up his flat, and Keir Starmer decided on a photo opportunity whilst holding two big rolls of wallpaper. If Keir decides on something similar in regards to this situation, what will he have in his hands this time ... ?

If Keir decides on something similar in regards to this situation, what will he have in his hands this time ... ? Well there was this from one of the articles I linked to earlier: "There is, moreover, an added aspect of the relationship which will make it particularly special for a certain class of Tory; Miss Coladangelo is married to Oliver Tress, founder of Oliver Bonas. Tress named his oddly overpriced smart small furnishings chain after himself and an ex-girlfriend, Anna Bonas, a cousin of Cressida Bonas, Prince Harry's old flame. Piccolo mondo, as they say."I do wonder if any of their reassuringly expensive furnishings made their way into the Downing Street refurbishment ( or Frogmore Cottage, at that) ? You, know, the stuff they keep exclusive by making sure the plebs cannot afford it too.

This government is riddled with corruption. It stinks like sour milk.

Gone where? "I need to be with my children at this time". I assume he is sleeping on the couch then.
