What scenes in Doctor Who still give you goosebumps?

Oh god, where do I even begin?
I am a very goosebumpy kind of person.

Enemy of the World- when 2 confronts Salamander.
War Games- the first appearance of the Time Lords and of course the summary execution and exile of the Doctor.
The first "I am the Master!"
Pyramids of Mars- the battle of wills between Sutekh and 4 and how 4 is completely subjugated.
Sixie's speech about the corruption of the Time Lords
"If we fight like animals, we will die like animals!"
"He is like fire and ice and rage..."
All the companions (except Jackie ) around the TARDIS console flying Earth back home
River saving the Doctor's life in the Library, knowing how everything will turn out
"Hello. I am the Doctor. Basically, run!" when confronting the Atraxi.
11 assembling his army for Demons Run, and of course Rory being totally bada$$ blowing up a Cyber fleet
Day of the Doctor- pretty much the whole thing
12 confronting the Boneless.
"Sometimes, the only choices you have are bad ones. But you still have to choose."
Clara threatening the Doctor in Dark Water. And the famous "Go to hell." and "Why wouldn't I help you? Do you think I care for you so little that betraying me would make a difference?"
The Tank Scene. Very much.
12's meeting with Davros, and how he makes up his mind about saving child Davros or not.
12's speech about war to Kate and the Zygon rebel leader.
The bashing of the Diamond Wall in Heaven Sent- the scene where 12 narrates the story (I remember the story from childhood, my Dad did read Grimm's fairy tales to me) and you see the fast forward of time pass.
As bad as Hell Bent is, and as much as I want to forget it, the scene of 12 facing the gunship and makes it turn around with just a stare is EPIC.
"Space, the final frontier..." narrated by 12.
The electric guitar version of the Who theme.
Extremis is also a very goosebumpy episode.
The Doctor Falls. Wow. The confrontation with the two Masters, begging them to help him. 12 talking to Bill explaining her situation (having been converted). 12's fight to hold back regeneration. The final battle. Missy finally going over to the good side and getting killed in the process.
"I am the Doctor. The original, you might say."
And very recent:
The Master turning up in series 12. And THAT jaw-dropping reveal scene in the Judoon episode.
