(Hey, I figured we could do with something light-hearted and goofy to discuss).
You may recall that there was this trend about 'Millenials killing Mayonnaise', and how it was being shunned in favour of siracha and other, more exotic sauces. So, are you a fan of the jiggly condiment, or not?

When I was a kid (decades ago), we were on holiday in Brussels, (is that place still there?) Anyway my parents bought us a cone of chips from a chip van that was parked up, and my mother put a huge dollop of the stuff on my hot chips. It made me feel sick, from that day to this I can't even look at the stuff. Now salad cream, that's a different matter.

Mayo is the one condiment I buy then end up having to throw half the jar away as it's gone out of date I use it so infrequently. I often mix it with hot sauce to create a spicy mayo.

Great mixed in with Tuna, it makes for a tasty sandwich. Even better with a little red onion. Livens up a Ham, Cheese & Tomato sarnie too. Chicken & Mayo sarnies. Mixed in with grated cheese, with a dash of mustard powder & Worcester sauce and toasted under the grill and you have Welsh Rarebit. The ultimate use of the stuff. Needs to get used when its open though, as it has a 3 month refrigerated shelf life, and who actually puts a labelled date on the jar?

I don't eat/use mayo very often, but Irather like it as a condiment with chips (fries-for our American friends) But each to their own

As mentioned by @daver already, tuna and mayonnaise together. Ditto chicken and mayonnaise.
Prawn and mayonnaise sandwich...π€€
Hard boiled eggs, mashed and mixed with mayonnaise, yoghurt and a dash of black pepper to make egg mayonnaise.
Makes a great tartare sauce and guacamole.
Have I nailed my colours to the mast enough? π

I NEVER liked Mayonnaise. Which is unfortunate because I was born in Germany. Mayonnaise is IN EVERYTHING. Germans have this weird thing where they take a random food and add mayo to it and then call it "salad". We have "Fleischsalat" which is basically finely ground sausage meat with mayo. Noodle salad (guess what, it is pasta and mayo), potato salad- potatoes and mayo, Tuna salad.... the list is endless (and disgusting). And if you are not careful, your chips are served with it instead of with tomato sauce. Or they serve it with that weird toothpaste mix of tomato sauce and mayo. I often accused the Kiwis and British of being "tasteless" because of their love of things like baked beans and spaghetti on toast, but I do believe they have found their match there. So no, not a fan.

I only like mayo in egg or chicken salad. Or making deviled eggs. Otherwise it's useless to me.

Mayonnaise is one of those things that's good as an ingredient - e.g. for making tuna sandwiches - but isn't much fun as a dollop at the side of a plate. That being said, I will concede chips with mayo is an arguable position, especially if the chips have mussels with them and have absolutely definitely not been fried in horse fat, which is I gather how the Belgians tend to do them.
Ketchup's still better.
Then there's burger sauce, of course, which I have been converted to by the recent spate of cheeseburger pizzas. Obviously I wouldn't put it on anything other than beef.

Mayonnaise is good in its place. I like a little in tuna salad. Also, it's a must have for my (fake bacon) BLT sandwich.
