Yeah, I’ve just finished Chapter 13. It’s absolutely brilliant. I love that it’s pretty much entirely Alan and we only hear one half of the conversations. I’d imagine the reality is it’s done as a cost saving, but the comedy it provides is excellent.
The continuity for Partridge is one of the best things about his longevity; really enjoying the various references to past events from the shows, books, etc. and it feels completely natural.

Finished From the Oasthouse yesterday evening. Loved it from start to finish and a lovely extra to fill in the wait between series of This Time and, I believe, an already filmed documentary series. Would happily listen to more; give him another series, you shit!
I think I might add a re-read of I, Partridge & Nomad onto the reading pile.
