Let’s face it, your enjoyment of this will really depend on whether or not you can tolerate Nick Briggs’s Ninth Doctor impersonation.
Personally, I don’t mind it myself. Has a few nice ideas in this but I can’t help but feel that the earlier The Justice of Jalxar did the idea of the Doctor encountering a super powered vigilante much better.
