Around this time last year, I was watching a lot of SF shows like Buck Rogers, Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek The Next Generation, and found myself making up my own jokes and plots. So many, in fact, that I had enough for a whole series. I wrote a pilot episode and sent it off to some friends. Toby Hadoke replied saying it was so funny he thought we should just record it.
And so, earlier this year, we did. Recording remotely, we brought together a cast including internet comedy sensations Kieran Hodgson and Sooz Kempner and Doctor Who stars Dan Starkey and Terry Molloy, plus the legendary Jez Fielder
The episode was then given the full post-production treatment by David Darlington and music by another internet sensation, Darrell MacLaine.
And you can now listen to it completely for free here:
I guarantee that anyone who has enjoyed my comedy Doctor Who stories like 'Max Warp', 'The Auntie Matter' and 'Babblesphere' will find it very amusing indeed. Laugh-out-loud amusing.
There is a kickstarter attached to help fund more episodes at the incredibly cheap price of £5 for two half hours. But give it a listen first!
