Last weekend, by pure chance 'The Robots of Death' happened to be next in my run through splendid Season 14. It felt like a perfect tribute to Pamela Salem - Toos' role has plenty of scope and she really sells that Episode 2 cliff-hanger. Nail-biting tension and it's all done with a model shot, some music - and crucially, the acting. 'She's going!' ('She', of course, being the Sandminer!)

I’m not sure how much overlap there is on a forum for British Audio Dramas and Japanese Anime and Manga, but I think this is worth posting.
Akira Toriyama, Writer and artist behind Dragonball and Doctor Slump passed away of March 1st.
One of the most influential Writers and Artists in Japan, his Dragonball was insanely influential in Japan, reshaping the entire Shonen genre. In the west, Dragonball Z was the breakthrough anime, becoming a cultural phenomenon that is still recognizable to this day.
This one really hurts.

And all the tributes from people across different genres and sports and everything was amazing. Also one classic story i heard over the weekend which i thought was a joke turned out to be true. That Mexican Cartels called a ceasefire in tribute to him
