Hrmmph! Seems there was no thread to discuss the BF website.
Suggestion: BF ought to add a new "range" of award winning / award nominated releases. Provide a place for newcomers or interested folks to see which releases have received acclaim, independently of the range in which it was originally released.
A bit like the "collected Doctors" ranges organizes by Doctor.
Showing off some of their recognized high-quality efforts might tempt people into exploring ranges not previously considered.

My improvement suggestion is for the creation of a Big Finish Interviews range section. Instead of placing all the interview products in the "Big Finish Audiobooks" section.

The Bonus Releases could be renamed Subscriber Specials (although only two titles, The Four Doctors and the Five Companions, truly are subscriber exclusive).
Short character bios would be nice. A sentence or two summarising their backstory and describing their personality. Nothing spoilery or anything, just something like they had at the back of the booklets of the Doctor Who CDs before the retro covers were introduced. I remember first listening to the Blake's 7 and Pathfinder audios and on my first story for each trying to work out who each main character was and what they were like.
I've said this numerous times, but a recommendations and useful next story suggestions. Things like "this character returns in this story" or "this character previously appeared in this story". The Dark Shadows stories do something like this, with the arcs (Angelique, Quentin, Trask Family, 1973, Tony & Cassandra etc) and that story's place in the arc.

I don't agree with all the suggestions above, but this is one suggestion that I can get behind wholeheartedly. I never understood why interviews are cataloged under "Audiobooks."

Wow, the search engine on the Big Finish website is really awful. I searched for War Doctor and The War Doctor using the in-site search and got everything but. I get what I want better by using Google.
It's not the first time I noticed how bad the search is, but this was the most blatant example.
