I'm having to look at my remaining CD collection and hard-drive to even attempt an answer to this one.
I've listened to the majority of the main range, Eighth Doctor stories up until Doom Coalition, all series of the 4DAs except 6 and 8, as well as all Tom's spin-off stories. The 3DAs and 9DAs (this list could just become a collection of abbreviations, so I'll try to avoid that). The Early Adventures and Companion Chronicles - not all, but most. Also, I've listened to all the War Doctor and Lost stories, and about half of the Tenth Doctor stuff. Cyberman, Dalek Universe, Dalek Empire and I, Davros. Doctor Who: the music releases too.
This begins to get frightenning.
From my external hard drive - Avengers, Blake's 7, Captain Scarlet, Carnacki, Counter Measures (first four series), Dark Shadows (how I miss it), Dorian Grey, Graceless, some Iris Wildethyme, Jago and Litefoot, JNT Talks Back, Omega Factor, Sapphire and Steel, some Sarah Jane, Sherlock Holmes, Survivors, Textbook Stuff (Barnaby Edwards' excellent but short lived selection of readings), The Prisoner, The Robots, Tomorrow People, most Torchwood, some Vienna and a folder I've called Side Steps, featuring the HG Wells plays, the In Conversation releases, the originals series and various horror outings.
That's actually ridiculous. I've listened to most of it at least once, some a lot more, and all are great for dipping into and revisiting.
Where this all stands in my 'journey' I dread to think! If I live long enough, it could be only the beginning. I think I'm in the same boat as @causality.
Favourites - well, it depends on the mood, but I sometimes forget how much I miss Dark Shadows, Tomorrow People and Sapphire and Steel. Survivors is a perversely comforting listen (I know, I know!), and the early Avengers series (with Steed and Keel) is a constant joy. Blake's 7 I dip into and welcome the current spin-offs, and Sherlock Holmes and The Robots are perennial go-to's. Torchwood I have to be in the mood for, but love it when I am. I honestly don't know what I'd do without Big Finish.

I’m slowly going through the ninth Doctor stories, one a week or so. Revisiting old favourites (mostly Tombo right now). Catching up with the backlog (down to 10 brought stories).

Really wish they'd be a bit better about reducing prices for older releases, at least. Like, right now I own almost every MR from 1-100, many of which I'd probably not have bothered with at $13 USD a pop.

True, but for the boxsets, at least, I don't really think simply reducing them to pre-order pricing makes them much more appealing to potential new consumers, or even just casual consumers.
Like... I have a really hard time recommending Big Finish to people as a result. GAL is one of my favorite ranges, but just pointing one one at it... it's a significant volume of releases and even at pre-order/discount prices, the money-to-minutes ratio is considerably worse than what most people are accustomed to paying for media. EG you can routinely pick up a full season of the TV show for $10, which is what, 12-13 stories, whereas Stranded 1 at $20 is a third as many stories at double the price.
So mostly I just stick to the cheaper releases when trying to tempt people into the nefarious world of Big a finish fandom.
