LI Who: Meglos was announced at the end of last year's con. Dates are Nov 19, 20 at Holiday Inn, Islip Airport, the same as last year. Peter Davison and Janet Fielding have already been announced. Hotel room blocks went on sale yesterday. I booked a room last night.  |

Sarah Sutton has been announced! I'm so surprised! This will be her first appearance at LI Who. Now if we can only get Matthew Waterhouse, we will have the entire original 5th Doctor Tardis Team.

LI Who is next week!! Oh, my. I'm quite excited!
I'll be on two BF themed panel: BF Unbound! and a post-Monthly Range discussion. There will be just 2 of us on the panels, and I think my partner and I have some very different thoughts on some things, so it should be interesting.
Guests include: Peter Davison, Janet Fielding, Sarah Sutton (her first time at LI Who), Frazer Hines, Wendy Padbury, Sophie Aldred, Kevin McNally, Jon Davey and Tim Dane Reid (the last two play monsters. Last Jon's presentation/panel was extremely entertaining.) David and Samantha Howe will be there as well. I'll do my best to keep you updated!

1st night of LI Who was a great time, and a good taste of what's to come.
There was a screening of the new documentary about Doctor Who fandom, Doctor Who Am I. It's a terrific film. It will be available in the UK on blueray from Amazon on Nov. 28. I urge everyone to see it. It's funny and poignant, and a nice love letter to Who fandom. The filmmakers were here and the did a short Q&A after the film.
I met up with a lot of friends and that was fun. I spent about an hour hanging out with Frazer and Kevin McNally and some fans/friends. It was a good time and Kevin McNally is very cool, and very funny. He showed a few of us a video of Jodie Whitaker and Mandip Gill dancing with him in the makeup trailer and the backlot when he turned 65 during the making of Flux. I told him that I loved him in it and was so sorry when they killed him off because I loved the character so much. He told me that he asked them to. It was supposed to be a one episode job but they kept writing him in and he had to get to America for another job, so they killed him. I also told him that I really liked his work for Big Finish. Kevin:"They mentioned that they might do something with Jericho. That would be fun because I really loved playing that character."
It is now 2 AM and I need to get some sleep. G'Night!
