Just like BF but on TV (so, I guess Turn Left kind of counts) - pick a NuWho story and suggest an alternate take that leads down a very different path. What would be the significance?

Can we avoid the inevitable “what if the Doctor regenerated again after falling into the train jn Sheffield” style posts? What if…. The Doctor LED the Daleks against the Time Lords?

What if... Nine never met Rose (or she didn't make it out of the shop). What if he kept spiraling and became consumed by his rage and guilt?

What if... The Master accepted the Doctor’s offer of help (from The End of Time)
I’d imagine they would end up travelling together for a while before he gets up to his old tricks once again and causes far more devastation than before. Or when the likes of The Shadow Proclamation and the universe discover that they’re are now more Time Lords knocking about in the universe decide to take action and eliminate them.
After all, one Time Lord still in the universe is bad enough but two? Far too dangerous to be allowed to be kept alive.

Can we avoid the inevitable “what if the Doctor regenerated again after falling into the train jn Sheffield” style posts? On the other hand, placing the bitter and uncooperative twelfth Doctor into that initial Sheffield storyline would be interesting. Definitely not a 'fam' person, how would things have developed if he'd been present instead of 13?
Conversely, what if 13 rather than 12 (or 3, or 8) stayed in one place on Earth for an extended period? How would her more gregarious nature fit with the university scenario (or UNIT, or bringing up Miranda / living in a flatshare)?

I thought Mr Chibnall had already created a NuWho Unbound adventure with his Timeless Child arc?!
What else could it be?

Rose doesn’t return for the Doctor in the Parting of the Ways.
We’ve probably suggested one too many by this point.

What if... The Angels Got the Phone Box?
Obviously in this alternate version of ‘Blink’ Sally Sparrow was not quick witted enough and was sent back in time by a Weeping Angel.

A two parter both on one moment - instead of shootin the Arc with Wilfs pistol:
1. What if The Doctor shot The Master? 2. What if The Doctor shot Rassilon?
I would kinda like it if both end up in similiar places, maybe the exact same - but with very different journeys.

One I considered for an Unbound Imaginings anthology (and may still revisit one day) - Missy survives the events of The Doctor Falls and looks after a post-regenerative semi-comatose Thirteenth Doctor, all the while wondering if she should run away now that she's free of the Vault...

It's a hell of a long shot, but in the event Capaldi ever manifests his divine presence on audio, and happens to do an Unbound set, I'd love to see them explore how his character might,be turned out had Missy/the Master been "permanently" executed.

What if the tenth Doctor's favourite incarnation fifth Doctor played rugby league?

One that might be doable with Big Finish’s current cast-
What if Missy survived The Doctor Falls whilst the Doctor died?
Missy walks away from the battle with the Cybermen on Mondasian colonist ship but the Doctor doesn’t make it. Having started a path of redemption, where does she go from here without the Doctor’s influence?
One less doable-
What if the Time Lords won the Time War?
The Daleks are destroyed and Gallifrey is triumphant, with President Eternal Rassilon poised to impose the power of the wartime Time Lords on the universe. What does the Doctor do with his people now the greatest threat in the universe?

What if the tenth Doctor's favourite incarnation fifth Doctor played rugby league? No doubt he’d be built like a brick privy. Although the image of him shouting ‘Bundle!’ to a group of Sontarans is an entertaining one.

What if John Smith was never forced to become the Doctor again in The Family of Blood? I think it could be real fun to have the Master return in this timeline - possibly played by Jacobi? - only to find his old enemy is completely gone. Maybe you could bring Torchwood into the mix too? There's just so many possibilities you could take this in.
Or what if the Doctor was the one who ended up trapped in Pete's Universe instead of Rose? I've seen some fanfiction explore this idea and I think that could be great fun seeing an audio interpretation. I'm not sure who I'd be more interested in following in this scenario actually - there some interesting angles you could take both sides.

The Daleks are destroyed and Gallifrey is triumphant, with President Eternal Rassilon poised to impose the power of the wartime Time Lords on the universe. What does the Doctor do with his people now the greatest threat in the universe? Ooh, I like that. We've technically (kind of) seen the Master in an AU where the Doctor's dead, but Missy's whole character is a big enough departure from the usual Master that it could lead to some really interesting ideas. I think in a sense she's probably the closest the Master's portrayel has ever gotten to Delgado's original. For the only time outside of Pertwee/Delgado, you really get the sense that the two are friends. And Missy being Missy, you just know however she winds up reacting, she'd wind up doing something incredible. I really, really want to see this. Also, and I hesitate to say this because this the route they took with River and I think they went too far there, but they could theoretically replace Capaldi with Tennant--with the Doctor dead, Missy decides to play with prior incarnations instead. That kind of thing. Re: Time War, I kind of think they've already done that? The 2nd Warner Doctor story, Masters of War, demonstrated that universe's Daleks were pretty different, so I think we can assume that if the Time War happened, the Daleks either wouldn't be the principal antagonists or would be more easily defeated... and by the time we go back to that universe in NABS, the universe is collapsing and the Time Lords are very conspicuously absent. My headcanon is that in that universe, the 3rd Doctor fought in the Time War, and in this case succeeded in wiping out the Time Lords. Though the stories are careful to avoid giving us many details.

Well 1) Hey, it's an unbound idea but 2) I said back with Revolution, and I maintain now: why did Jodie never get a red version of the costume? The colour really suits her.

Well, as soon as storied about “walking scarecrows” and the like reach the ears of Torchwood, they’d investigate.
