So, we've had Sixie show up in Jago & Litefoot, Eight show up in The Diary of River Song. If such a thing were to happen again, what series should it be and what Doctor would appear?
I think it would be cool to have Ten show up in Charlotte Pollard. He's a romantic Doctor like Eight, but much more scarred, and it would be interesting to see how his chemistry with Charley would change as a result, especially as he'll know who she is this time.

Let's have the 4th Doctor in Jago & Litefoot & Strax (fingers crossed it becomes a series).

Six in Jago & Litefoot. Seven in The New Adventures of Benny. Eight in The Diary of River Song. Five and Four (and Three, Two, and One) need to show up someplace before they move on to the New Who Doctors, I think. Three in Counter-Measures, fiddling with his TARDIS and chucked into the past a couple decades, could be interesting. Two and Iris was an adventure once mentioned, but never seen, in some Iris articles. Not sure where I'd put One. Maybe also with Counter-Measures, just for the time period. Or maybe have him show up in Charley's spin-off! Eleven would be perfectly at home popping up in the New UNIT series. Nine and/or Ten showing up in Torchwood would be cool.

Can't I just have a 10 disc "Worlds Of Iris" where she meets every Doctor, joins every spinoff and even visits other ranges in the multiverse?

How about:
Iris meets River
Benny meets the War Doctor
War Doctor in Gallifrey
Jago & Litefoot & 10
Strax in 4DA

I think War turning up in the Gallifrey series is pretty inevitable now.

Won't happen, since "Charlotte Pollard" is a non-BBC licensed spin-off, unlike J&L and Diary of River Song. It doesn't openly reference anything that is not created by Big Finish.

Yes, it's possible for Charley to appear in the TDA range (or any other Doctor Who range), but none of the Doctors can appear in the Charley range (nor the Graceless, Vienna, Iris etc. ranges). The only ranges the Doctor might appear in are ones that are fully BBC-licensed (Counter-Measures, Jago and Litefoot, Torchwood, Gallifrey, Diary of River Song, UNIT).
The only exception was the original Benny range, which used to use BBC-licensed elements (but not the Doctor himself, save for one small cameo) for specific stories (but they had to pay the BBC for their use in these). But there were no more Daleks, Draconians, Sea Devils etc. in the Benny box sets (until "New Adventures" box sets, but these are fully BBC-licensed).

Weren't the Viyrans used by the BBC first?

I didnt realise that about the licensed stuff. I do agree with Charley popping up in TDA, mainly to she her interplay with Donna

God, just to have Ten and Donna interact with any of the BF original characters would absolutely thrill me. What I wouldn't give to have 10 and Donna meet up with Lucie Miller. I think my earphones might break from the sass. (Yes, I know. Can't EVER happen for just soo many reasons. But my imagination is happy thinking about it.)

Weren't the Viyrans used by the BBC first? No, they first appeared in a book published by Panini, in a short story by Nick Briggs, but Nick retained ownership of them, so they're not BBC-licensed.

I thought that was the case with Benny's adventures, based on the way they avoided calling Irving's time equipment a "TARDIS" and such, but why are there so many Ice Warriors all over the place? Were they licensed directly from Brian Hayles?

More on topic though, the Fourth Doctor showing up somewhere other than a Fourth Doctor release would be pretty nice. No idea where though, as every spinoff but Jago + Litefoot comes from after his time.
Others though:
- The War Doctor in a fifth series of Dalek Empire (maybe just a remake of the first or third series, but warped by the events of the Time War?) - Romana and Leela together in Jago + Litefoot, although I guess that doesn't make sense cause they meet Romana way later... Leela and Narvin then! - The late pre-TVM Seventh Doctor in the series finale (or penultimate boxset) of Counter-Measures - The Eleventh Doctor in UNIT - The Tenth Doctor in The Diary of River Song - And a proper two-Doctor story in any range. Any two Doctors except Two-Six, Six-Seven or Ten-Eleven cause they've all been done. The Fourth Doctor in the 10DAs would draw an audience, certainly. And hey, that answers my first question. Fab.

Constonks, I think your Dalek Empire idea is wonderful. I'd even think it would be an idea to have it done almost companion chronicles style if Hurt wasn't available - then we could hear what kind of mythos has built up around him and what effect the Time War has on ordinary people. We could get a lot more exposition on potentially morally dubious decisions War made.

Or do that for Parts 1-3 and have John Hurt only come in for the final episode, where Susan or Alby or Galanar or whoever finally meets the creature responsible. (Also they did say there were batting around ideas for a fifth series in a recent Vortex - which was the thing that got me wondering if their expanded license was the reason for those ideas...)
