What's a line or scene you swore was from a particular episode, or something people associate with Who, only when you go back to said episode, it's not there?
An example, for me, is in any sort of parody, someone will have the companion say 'Doctor, we've got to go back in time to stop the (Daleks or Aliens or whatever villain)' - except, as far as I'm aware, no companion in either Classic or Nu says any version of 'we've got to back in time to stop'. It's something that's made fun of, yet it's not a line or trope from the actual show: even Curse of the Fatal Death kind of does a riff, albeit with the Doctor and Master, and that's meant to parodying all the big cliches.

There’s always been a common misconception of the Cybermen emerging from the water. Presumably a mismatch of The Sea Devils & Revenge of the Cybermen from someone who watched the show as a kid but perhaps isn’t a diehard now.

Might have said this on here before but...
I "remember" Omega lifting his helmet in The Three Doctors as a cliffhanger but, in reality, it happens a few minutes into Episode 4.

Spoilers Obviously
Having not seen it before I "Remembered" 2 scenes from "Invasion of the Dinosaurs".
1. Mike's betray started with the Brig and the Doc trying to explain why he was wrong and that they were disappointed in him, but he wont be swayed so there's full on punch up between him and the Brig while the Doc slips out.
2, The climax The Doctor reverses the priority on the time machine before Whitaker activates it having a full tho ratted debate with him and Grove that no one should have the power to roll back history and certainly not them.
Similarly The Black Guardian Trilogy
In my head when Thulough cuts off the White Gaurdain the Doctor gets the whole story then says something to the effect of "You didn't know who you were working with now you do, "Your Final choice is coming"

I remember watching the repeat of an episode of "The Two Doctors", having seen it originally, only it apparently didn't get repeated.
(I keenly remember the continuity announcer introduce "The Two - Doctor Whos!")

Less mandala effect and more conflated memories: Daleks hunting people via tracking their foot prints (Destiny of the Daleks), around a Victorian house (Pyramids of Mars), which eventually led to a rebel attack on the Dalek ship (Dr Who and the Dalek Invasion of Earth, 2150AD), along with someone being swallowed by the earth (Frontios) which lead to insect beasties keeping humans in bright white hivelke pods (Revelation of the Daleks AND BATTLESTAR GAALCTICA!). There may have been Orgons patrolling around the house.
