The home of a million and one iconic pieces of Brit TV and film have entered administration.
So if you want BF faves like The Prisoner, Space 1999, Terrahawks, UFO,(loads of Anderson..), Timeslip, Sapphire & Steel and many, many others like Monty Pythons Flying Circus, loads of it is already OOP. Dont miss out. Networks own site is down as they cannot trade or even advertise now. So ebay, Amazon etc.
Thousands of terrific shows....a terrible loss. You cannot just stream 99.9% of this stuff...

I know. I'm gutted. I ordered blu rays of The Naked Civil Servant and The Owl Service before they skyrocket. Network had opened my eyes to so many archive treasures from Children of the Stones to Hammer House of Horror. What alternatives are out there now?

Terrible news. I can only hope that maybe Britbox or The BFI pick up the rights to these releases.
I sincerely doubt it though.

Terrible news. I can only hope that maybe Britbox or The BFI pick up the rights to these releases. I sincerely doubt it though. Well i'm thinking that's the only thing that makes sense is that UK/Europe Viewers in particular are increasing signing to ITVX and Britbox combined so its better business to negotiate more stream rights for classic programs than in manufacturing DVDs Regards mark687

Network did some wonderful work, from the 'Man in a Suitcase' set to their extraordinary clean-up of Bela Lugosi's 'Dark Eyes of London'. I'm really sad they're no more. Thanks for everything, Network!

Gutted here too. Network and their amazing sales introduced me to so many gems I'd have either never known about, or would never have been able to see; just nostalgic comments online from those who watched at the time. In addition to Davy's list I'm personally grateful for the release of some more niche John Hurt & David Jason projects, The New Statesman and a one-off Robert Banks Stewart show, Undermind.
Streaming on ITVX may help getting these shows out there, but they will lack that extra TLC that Network gave, I expect.
