EM's developing one that's fully autonomous and no one's used common sense and even said slow down on it with any power or conviction have they? Regards mark687 Are you talking about robots? Cause robots can potentially be useful and most likely won't steal from people. AI generated art however is just straight up theft of other artists' work. That's the problem. That's why people are upset over it. It's not the tech that's bad, it's how the tech is being utilized. There are ways to use AI ethically (by using only public domain sources for example) but most companies have shown that they're not interested in doing that and currently there aren't any regulations in place to monitor and limit how the tech is used.

Excellent news, Moffat wrote some fantastic specials during his time as show runner, and he has a very strong grasp on what Doctor Who should be. This is great news!

Blimey, at this rate there'll be a Chibnall story in Spring and RTD will have taken over by Summer....

Something proper for Comic Relief Tomorrow God, I hope not. After Destination Skaro and Mavity I don't want to see RTD trying to be funny again.

In a big change the episodes will debut on iPlayer at midnight before airing on BBC1 as normal hours later. So spoiler central for any social media. Oh joy.

I think something like a midnight / early morning release was inevitable to ensure that it can consistently release globally at the same time. Much like how in the UK Disney+ releases come out at 08:00. It has its advantages and disadvantages, of course, especially when it comes to availability and spoilers.
A double episode launch is sensible, especially from a Disney+ perspective and getting new fans on board. Works well in the UK too as a lead in for Eurovision and preventing any clashes with the Euros.

Also seems too finally get the viewing habits of the the broader audience for Cult Fiction controversially I think if I-player had done this for 12 and 13 there may have been a bigger core audience. The materialising logo in the air date trailer is much better than the PowerPoint slide transition of the actual titles. As is the logo colour.

Not surprised, and slightly disappointed.
Considering I work Saturday afternoons/evenings, and actually like having a new episode to start 'winding down with' of an evening, I'm kinda hoping that I don't hear spoilers for them before I start to watch them, on the TV, at about 10pm...

Hardly a surprise. Just another example of Disney's encroaching influence over the programme. Only to be expected really when they started taking money from the House of Mouse.
But hey, whatever.
