The usual Norton and Andy Antics the historical setting dose give a little more oomph to the absurd though.

A very absurd and fun camper with Andy and Norton. Very comedic, the duo are on top form.
An interesting twist at the end I did not see coming with Catherine being the mastermind behind it all to escape her marriage contract and becoming immortal.
However, with some of the recent monthly stories it doesnt really amount to much. It feels like the torchwood universe is the same before this story as it is afterwards. Unless this is only the beginning of things to come and could Catherine De Winter become a returning character/villain? which i think would be really cool. Could this be for Catherine what ghost mission was for Norton?
Regarding the Jack cameo, I thought it was pretty cool! I did not know who it was at first, but had a quick listen to the phone scenes and it's for sure our beloved Jack Harkness. Something like this Which is a fun cameo (behind a lot of static) seems okay, but I am against a full recast.

That was a fun one. It's hard to go wrong with Andy and Norton. I also did not see the Catherine de Winter twist coming. I was suspecting Norton was somehow responsible. As for the Captain Jack Harkness cameo, regardless of whether it means there will be a recasting or not, it was nice to have the character acknowledged again.

Just popping into the DU time bubble...
... to say I found I had an hour to spare for an audio - and Norton & Andy 'doing' the Restoration was every bit as restrained, tasteful and measured as I expected. Huzzah! 
Lady Catherine, oh what a splendid schemer! She'll be back I think. So she built a 'Time Engine', but us humans can't normally do that so... top marks for discovering & using the properties of those strange crystals her father mined but where did they originally come from and via whom? Not minerals of this world, that's for sure.
Other question: Is 'brandycobbles' a real word? A question which will remain unanswered because there's no way I'm googling it...
* exits Time Bubble, pursued by a strangely familiar voice on a phone... *

It’s another fun Andy & Norton romp. It’s not trying to set the world on fire, just be a good time.
The cameo did sound like a stealth recast to me. Wonder if that’s a one-off or not.

Yes, loads of fun. Nice to see Norton getting taken for once. And yes, I thought it was Jack, but no idea if it was a soundalike or not.
