News item from Fantom Films: Fantom Films are proud to announce a brand new range of audios featuring readings of the Lethbridge-Stewart novels, originally published by Candy Jar Books. "We're delighted to partner with Fantom on these audio books,” reveals Candy Jar Books deputy editor Andy Frankham-Allen “Ever since the series was first announced, fans have been asking about audio books, so it was always a matter of time. Fantom is the perfect fit for us!” Set after his encounter with the Yeti in the Underground these books present a new chapter for the much loved Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart, featuring new stories and familiar characters from the pen of Andy Frankham-Allen, David A McIntee and Nick Walters. "We've had a very good first 'series', with some brilliant feedback from readers,” says Frankham-Allen. Narrating all four titles is Fantom audio regular Terry Molloy, best known to cult television fans for his role as Davros in Doctor Who. “Terry has done a brilliant job in bringing these stories to life, adding a whole new dimension to them with his skilful renditions,” enthuses director Paul W.T. Ballard. The first story The Forgotten Son will be released, on unabridged audio CD and Download, in February 2016 priced £18.99. Further titles will follow in March, June and July 2016. You can subscribe direct from Fantom for only £60 for all four releases – saving over £15! Link to the first book: www.fantomfilms.co.uk/audiobooks/fiction/lethbridge01.htmCheers Tony

I've only read the first (same with the Erimem books) and I enjoyed it though I can't say I loved it. This is intriguing though. Molloy is a world class reader as anyone who has heard his Target-readings can attest.

Very cool - doubtful I will get them though, I spend enough as it is on audio products. I will say that I have found the books to be very good reads. There is room for improvement, but the series is still finding its legs.
