Hello again.
Anyone heard of the 10th Doctor meme as revealed by Graham Norton about David Tennant on his chatshow. It basically involves taking a digital image of David Tennant and putting them in other photo. Examples included David at the Royal Wedding and with a group of synchronised swimmers.
The show is currently on Iplayer and also includes Michael Sheen, Chris Hemsworth and Gloria Estefan.

Hello again.
Years and Years Episode 4: Another gripping and depressing episode. Russell T. Davies has really done a good job of making you care about the Lyons family.
The futurology is just too depressing for words. We are two episodes away from the ehd of this story. Can it get any worse? Stop Russell you're giving me nightmares!
For me, best drama this year.

Hello again.
TV news: Just discovered that the forthcoming autumnal run of NBC's The Good Place will be the final season.
So, my favourite sitcom of recent years is ending. Hopefully we will have a great set of episodes before the end.

Hello again.
What We Do in the Shadows: The world's silliest vampires in great form. I think I'm on episodes 7 and 8. Hilarious. Natasia Demetriou is particularly good in episode 8. Really cheered up my Sunday nights and enjoyed the mockumentary style.

Finally overcame my reluctance to get Prime and signed up. Basically, my friends at the Con made me do it. So I just started watching Good Omens. Wow, this is REALLY close to the book. I love it (but I love anything Pratchett, so this is not a huge surprise). Now I am curious how the series develops and if it stays on the same level, quality wise, as the start.
One little niggle concerning Good Omens- I agree with some criticism I heard from some other people about David Tennant- his Crowley IS indeed very close to the 10th Doctor, down to accent, some speech patterns and mannerisms. Not sure if this was on purpose, but I can only assume it was. Hmm. Not sure if I agree with this decision or not. I shall listen to Tennants podcast about the topic and find out more.
I also have gotten the Expanse and Lucifer as big recommendations (by said friends) so I think I am going to check these out, too. However, with real life and work happening, I wont be watching as much stuff as I might like (plus, reading and listening to audios still remain my true love).
What I think I look forward to most is the Picard series coming out later this year. Captain Picard was the hero of my childhood and Patrick Steward is one of my adult heroes. I think the series will be amazing. Emotional and dramatic, but amazing.

What we do in the Shadows (Well now... The Office/Modern Family with added Blood Killing Eve Series 2 (Still good though I still think the leads should be playing each others role and I think the end is played predictably safe.) Regards mark687

Dead Set Episodes 4&5 Never actually saw these two episodes back when this was first one. Man a perfectly bleak story from Charlie Brooker. They could re-release it as part of Black Mirror
Empire Season 5 episodes 17 & 18 Im hearing that the next season is its last. Sadly its about time.

Year of the Rabbit
(Think a less gory but very rude humoured Ripper Street)

Hello again.
Years and Years: Seriously Russell? An even darker episode than last week? Absolutely compelling. His characters are the real heartbeat of this show and their reactions to the chaos around them are superbly captured by an excellent cast. I am looking forward to the resolution. Can things get any worse?
There is also a deadly serious history lesson too.

Harrow (with the ever charismatic Ioan Gruffudd), filling the gap left by Killing Eve. It's so good.

Absolutely breathtaking show and deserves a lot more buzz than I've been seeing for it. Emma Thompson is absolutely terrifying.

Continuing with Good Omens. I definitely love the small cameos of actors we have all come to love, like Mark Gatiss, Derek Jacobi and even Dan Starkey. And I really like how close the series keeps to the book.
I am still not really on-board with the decision to have Tennant play Crowley like the 10th Doctor. Crowley is a great character in his own right! However, of course I understand why this decision was made and I guess many fans will be happy that the 10th Doctor is finally ginger (even if he wears strange contact lenses). Otherwise, acting is great and there really is not much to complain about when you loved the book.

I've watched 'People just do Nothing' on iPlayer, about a bunch of weed smoking chavs in London who run a pirate Garage radio station.
Very good it is too, and funny.

(I've never read the book but the scenario appeals and so does the cast!)
