It seems I can't use my mod powers to correct the errors in the poll. May I suggest you delete this post and start again?
EDIT : Seems Eric can edit his poll whilst I cannot... errors fixed.

The first Post is a bit unclear exactly what you are asking will this be multiple polls?

Power
It was a Big Gamble done with such confidence.
Of course the Companions are Wary
Of course the Daleks are in it and they convince the audience of the identity
And as for PT he's very different but has that "Spark" of whatever makes the Doctor the Doctor.
In broader terms of debut Eps that do it well Robot, TV Movie, Rose, Christmas, Woman Who Fell. Regards

I admit I have not seen all of them (yet). Eleventh hour for me the best by far, followed by Deep Breath and Woman who fell to Earth, and then Spearhead from Space and the TV movie. Sorry, I am just not that much of a Rose or 10th Doctor fan... but both are definitely better than the Twin Dilemma...

I've voted on both eps I like and also eps that are good introductions to that Doctor. So while Twin Dillema isn't a great ep...it's pretty essential to see where Colin's Doctor starts if you want to view his infamous "onion with layers". Likewise I don't think Rose is a great ep storywise but it built a world and got us (the public) hooked right away.
Episodes like Power and Eleventh Hour are great episodes even outside of the introduction of a new Doctor. Power is a bit of an odd one because Season 4 Troughton is not really what we think of as the Second Doctor at all. He's more remote, more reserved.

Oh, and I voted for the TV Movie too, becuase to my 11 year old eyes, having been obsessed with Who on UK Gold for the 3 years previous and reading every book as it came out, this was clearly the best thing EVER.

Power & Eleventh for me. Eleventh Hour is probably the best introduction to modern Doctor Who (although I liked Sunday's quite a bit as well) and Power has a fantastic story.
But honestly, if I was picking all the good ones, rather than just the top, I'd probably end up with all of them except Twin & Rani.

I had to go with Power of the Daleks. No, not because it's a Dalek story! But it was the first post regeneration Doctor Who story. So if the British TV watching public of 1966 hadn't accepted that the elderly alien 'Grandfather' could change his face and still be the same character, we might not be here in 2018 with a Time Lord who can change their gender, and Doctor Who still be a popular TV programme.
Plus, it actually was a bloody good Dalek story!

Plus, it actually was a bloody good Dalek story! Both those Whittaker stories from Season 4 are among my fave Dalek stories ever. Only thing I don't like too much in Power is when they obviously realised an ep was running short so we get the longest "Daleks conquer and destroy" scene ever.

I still consider The Eleventh Hour to be the best first story for a Doctor - certainly of the modern era, at least. As for the classic era, Spearhead from Space is still my favorite first "new Doctor" story. I remember when I saw it back in high school I immediately told my friend that I thought I'd found a new favorite Doctor after I first saw it - of course, that was before I saw the rest of the series and delved into Big Finish and then realized it was literally impossible to have a favorite Doctor because they're all amazing. Point is: Spearhead from Space - great story.
