Be fair, Dalek became non canon as soon as Doomsday aired. I'm trying to think of why, but I can't come up with anything. Do tell, please Dalek was set in 2012, Doomsday in 2007. The "metaltron" was a mysterious life form unknown to van Statten at the time. To be fair, though, this happens in Who all the time: to get back to Doomsday, nobody says, "Oh, these guys look just like those guys who showed up at the South Pole in 1986, remember? When that other Earth was in the sky?" |
