As I've gone off the fifth Doctor it would be easy to just say the three doctors. But there are things I love about both stories. The second and third Doctors are brilliant together even if Omega is a bit of a let down. Even though it makes no sense I love the second Doctor turning up for the unit reunion. Plus seeing all the old companions together.
Purely because it makes me smile more and learn more about Gallifrey will say the five doctors.

two doctors colin started to show what he could do with char They're the characteristics I like to pick out for who Sixie is circa Season 22(ish). A bit of Sherlock Holmes's coy aloofness, a bit of Simon Templar's barbed wit. The crotchety disposition occassionally on display comes from a sense of restlessness, rather than a narrowness. "Oh, come along, you're bright enough! Surely you've got it? Surely you understand?" He's a bit ghoulish too, but that macabre fascination doesn't override his sense of justice. Far from it. It seems to further reinforce it.
