The Mystery of the Missing Hour (Joseph Lidster)
Reading back over my original comments for this release it seems I greatly enjoyed it the first time around.
Thankfully my opinion of this hasn’t changed and if anything it’s only improved.
Simply marvellous and I honestly wouldn’t have minded had this been the final story for the Sapphire and Steel range.

Continuing my relisten of The Diary of River Song with series three. Not heard this one since original release and couldn't believe how much of it I still remembered! Brilliant set, a lot of fun, the Doctor is well utilised and takes advantage of the returning element relating directly to River and getting to the heart of the character; exactly what this range should be.

For some mysterious reason that may or may not be related to Doctor Who Twitter today, I felt compelled to revisit The Star Beast and The Ratings War.
It’s a real shame Big Finish’s dips into comic lore didn’t sell well. It’s so fun,

the Robots - the Enhancement (odd that I'm listening to this in the same week as the Phantom Piper given the similarity of a key idea in both stories)

Just finished for the 1st time #275 "The End Of The Beginning". I surprisingly got a touch emotional when 7 rocked up at the end, it felt "complete".. Also liked 5th's reference to "a light...I can't remember"..

Always breaks my heart that we were denied a continuation of this excellent series. Or at least a proper finale.

Going back to the Early MRs I skipped before, starting with 004: The Land of the Dead.
Really enjoying it so far, but I'm only one episode in. For whatever reason intend to have fairly low expectations for the early MRs... but that doesn't really make a lot of sense, right? I mean, The Marian Conspiracy is 006! Storm Warning less than a year later, at 016! I can on,y assume it's because I really, really didn't care for Sirens of Time.
