had a relisten to Storm Warning, the eighth doctors beginning and the introduction of charlotte pollard. As good as I remember it! That's a great story! I finished listening to Frankenstein today. It was very good.

Jago and Litefoot 3. I wasn't sure I would enjoy this series when I started, but it's really grown on me. Swansong by John Dorney is particularly moving and well-written (I mean, of course it is)

Sontarans v Rutans In Name Only
Finally! And I was still spoiler-free! An epic conclusion to this excellent series, really enjoyed the whole run from start to finish.

[2005/2006 BF seem in 2 minds, a willingness to adopt the pacier New Tv style with Classic Docs while the "Russell Revelation" will not give up "Edgy 8". Elsewhere the Author's Vision takes centre stage in both a reimagining of one Franchise and an absorbing character study forms a trilogy for another one. Finally 9 almost comes almost comes full circle and bids what will hopefully be a brief farewell]

The Ultimate Poe
I imagined Vincent Price taking the different guest star character role in each "episode" (which says how memorable the Hammer film versions are!) and I guessed the villain! (Well it would be, wouldn't it? )

I guess it shows Hammer were so very memorable I only think of them when I think of post-Universal-era horror!

In honour of William Russell; The Rocket Men.
One of Dorney’s finest scripts and Russell’s performance ties it all together magnificently. What a talent he was.
