I hate to say it, but that wasn't one of Big Finish's better trailers. The transition of clips from story to story wasn't done particularly well - if I hadn't read the details of the stories before hand, I would have assumed it was all one tale. I understand not wanting to give too much away at this stage, but Big Finish were being a little bit too mimnimalist here and it really didn't work out. That being said, it seems that Big Finish have nailed the Tenth Doctor era perfectly. Ten and Donna live again this May!

But the trailers for things like that don't as a rule differentiate between the stories!

Yeah I have no idea what is going on but it's great to hear Ten & Donna. It could have just been them reading the phonebook & I'd probably still be excited.

Does something seem off about 10's voice or have I just not watched a 10 episode in a while so I'm noticing these things?

Brilliant! It'll be so exciting to finally place Ten's adventures next to all of my classic Doctor Big Finish CDs.

Am I the only one who ignores the trailers?
Too often (movies are really bad for this) trailers tend to give away key moments and can spoil, if not ruin things. So I ignore them, same with reading the blurbs Big Finish has put up in the days leading up to a release.

If it's a movie or TV show I know I'm going to see regardless, or a book I know I'll read, I ignore trailers and story descriptions so the experience is completely fresh. As excited as I am for Ten's adventures, I won't be listening to the trailer so that when the CDs get here it'll be a totally new experience.

I let them wash over me, I don't listen for and I generally don't hear much except the sounds and timbre of them, apart from remembering there was something to do with robots , but I got that from reading the article, I now don't recall anything much, except as I say the tone of it.

Tennant sounds great! I was a little worried after the first clip - he sounded a bit off to me - but this trailer has made me feel pretty secure about my purchase!

The way Tennnat shouts 'Donnaaa' is perfect, you can picture him taking bites out of the air.
He may sound slightly older, but he basically the same. Can't wait.

I actually thought his voice had matured a little when he did Day of the Doctor. Yes the transitions in the trailer to the different episodes may be a little clunky but who really cares? It is the Doctor/Donna travelling through time & space and that is just a good thing.

I did make an exception for Gallifrey, but typically BF trailers are just lots of people ahouting disconnected things that make no sense because they aren't in context. I think if you're a real fan who needs a fix of Ten and Donna it could work, but I prefer the sort of trailer where they just preview one scene.

Maybe he's trying to differentiate his Doctor voice from his Kilgrave voice?
