OOH.. I can't wait to watch Scream 6. I clearly recall seeing #1 in the cinemas in my 20's - the cinema was dead quiet, everyone was tense then... the jumpscares . Great 1st 2 movies. I'd have been three when the first one came out, so have only really seen the latest two on the big-screen (I have, of course, seen the others, yes). I'm not the biggest horror or slasher fan in the world, but I do have a lot of time for this series... I was 21 (don't tell anyone!)
Love all genres of horror.. Some of the best cliched filled slasher horror films were from the 70/80's.. A lot of famous actors/actresses started out in them.. John Travolta, Tom Hanks etc..

He Dreamed of Giants, the follow up to Lost in La Mancha. Honestly, better than Gilliam's actual finished Don Quixote.

First half of "The Addams Family" 2019. Voices are good but I'm not sure about the characterisation.... have the Addamses always been this isolated, and unaware of their dissimilarity to other people? They're coming across as a lot more alien than I'm used to.

Meant to say on Friday when I saw it, but Scream 6 is fantastic. The most brutal Ghostface ever, and the new cast is still very very good.

I forgot I was supposed to be watching the Addams Family and so instead watched the first half of Wandavision The Movie Disenchanted. *Big* disappointment.
Come to think of it, last week I tried watching the Black Panther sequel and didn't even reach the halfway point. The other two I at least intend to come back to.

I finally got around to watching Everything Everywhere all at Once last night.
What an absolute delight that movie has been. This has been one of the best movies I have watched in a very long time.
I’d recently read that this movie has officially overtaken Return of the King as one of the most awarded movies out there. After watching it, I can certainly see why.

Everything Everywhere All At Once
Wasn't really sure what to expect following the Oscar hype, but glad I gave it the time tonight. A love letter to...infinite possibilities... a lot of fun and just ever so slightly batshit crazy too. 😁

Star Trek: The Motion Picture (Director’s Cut). Was okay, not great. Can see why it had a lukewarm reception. Watched The Wrath of Khan and loved it. Now continuing with The Search For Spock.

A really bad 1981 slasher movie called "Hospital Massacre"..
This time it wasn't the acting..I am confident they didn't have an on set supervisor to let them now what does/doesn't happen in a hospital.
And yes, the overall plot was a mess- but good enough to fill in 90 mins.

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light (2004)
About on much the same level of quality as the television series itself.

Scream 6, a entertaining slasher let down slightly by a jump the shark third act 4/5.
John Wick Chapter 4..........Speechless one of the greatest action movies I've ever seen, a action masterpiece 10/10.

Spider-man: Into the Spiderverse Alt UniverseBasically an extended cut of the film with a bunch of deleted scenes worked in. I can see why most of it was cut, but it was still fun and interesting. Only thing that bothered me was the What's Up Danger scene, which gets cut short with a joke. Everything Everywhere All at OnceGod damn! Not quite what I was expecting but I'll take it!

Glass Onion
God damn that was good. I absolutely love Rian Johnson’s subversive takes on the mystery genre. Gimme more.
