As sort of an counterbalance to the upcoming (and really good looking) boxset, if BF got to make a NuWho boxset with those Doctors, what classic series monsters would like to see them go up against?
War and The Mechanoids? 9 and the Osirans? 10 and the Kralls? 11 and the Nimon? 12 and the Kandyman? Go nuts.

For the 9th, I think the Celestial Toymaker would be great! Especially during the 9th's travels with Jack and Rose!
10th vs. the Black Guardian or 11th vs. the Black Guardian. I think either of them would benefit from being taken down a peg or two. They're both the universe's top authority in their eras and I really think both could benefit from having a threat that's far bigger than either of them. I think I'd like 10 fight the Black Guardian the most.
I think the Meddling Monk would be great against 11 it would make most sense for him to appear during 11's time considering the events of Day of the Doctor.
I'd say a Pertwee classic villain would be a fitting choice to pit against 12, such as the Drakonians or Axons. No real preference here.

The Krillitanes from School Reunion would be cool to hear on audio. The Tenth Doctor says he's met them before. If Big Finish believe they can make the Weeping Angels and the Silence, both highly visual monsters, work on audio then there's no reason the Krillitanes wouldn't work on audio either. They at least speak.
Another concept briefly touched upon in the New Series, specifically the Satan Pit (an absolute gem in an uneven series 2), is the Universe before this one and the Disciples of the Light. It'd be a fascinating soundscape, and imagine the Doctor trying to escape it (a bit like the recent Green Lantern Corps mini-series Edge of Oblivion). Imagine the Doctor up against an intellect that is bigger than even his, if what we learn of the Disciples in Impossible Planet/Satan Pit is anything to go by. As the universe before ours comes to its end, the Doctor must race against time and eldritch horrors just to survive.

9th earth shock cybermen 10th sutek 11th guardians 12th axons Just the 80's Cybermen in general. It's been ages since they've been in a Big Finish (The Ultimate Adventure in 2008), and as great as the 60's Cybermen are, it's always good to have variety. It'd be Excellent.

Nine and the Rocketmen "when do you know it's time not to live your life devoured by grief?" Ten and the Ice Warriors "Martians, proper Martians not skinny blokes in suits like you?" Eleven and the Mandragora Helix "is that a crackling ball of energy ... Wearing a fez?" Twelve and the Voord "the revenge of the rubbish rubber robbers?"

Have you read the Titan Comics? The 10th Doctor has taken on Sutekh's son Anubis in them.

I won't have a word said agaist the voord Titan had the Voord show up during the Time War and meet The War Doctor. I was surprised to see such an obscure monster brought back but they work well in that setting. I definitely think they should show up in future War Doctor stories.

I'd like someone to face off against Sil while we still have the benefit of the wonderful Nabil Shaban being able to bring him to life.
Ten seems like a good fit, though the War Doctor encountering him trying to profit from the Time War might prove an interesting confrontation.

I think the 11th Doctor would be my choice to meet Sil (I wish BF used the character more). I'd love for 9 to meet up with Vervoids. For Doctor 10 ... I'm not sure. The Krotons! His chirpy persona would be well matched against those humourless tanks. And 12 would meet The Mara - some very intense and creepy audio scenes could be cooked up between those two.

That would be interesting with either War or the ninth Doctor. The only problem is with the ninth it could potentially be too similar to Titan Comic's 9th Doctor miniseries.

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Not a monster, but Tony Selby's Glitz with 12 would be brilliant, as would Brian Ble-- sorry, BRIAN BLESSED'S Yrcanos in a story with 10 or 11.

Have you read the Titan Comics? The 10th Doctor has taken on Sutekh's son Horus in them. Must be the son of his sister-wife Nephthys. There's a bundle of Caligulan crazy that should never have been unleashed on the cosmos.

Jeez, just imagine listening to BRIAN BLESSED through earphones. The release would have to come with a public health warning sticker on the front cover...
