Jeez, just imagine listening to BRIAN BLESSED through earphones. The release would have to come with a public health warning sticker on the front cover... Put it this way Brian Blessed will never do a Asmr video on You Tube.

I think the 11th Doctor would be my choice to meet Sil (I wish BF used the character more). I'd love for 9 to meet up with Vervoids. For Doctor 10 ... I'm not sure. The Krotons! His chirpy persona would be well matched against those humourless tanks. And 12 would meet The Mara - some very intense and creepy audio scenes could be cooked up between those two. I would love the Vervoids to come back!!!

Have you read the Titan Comics? The 10th Doctor has taken on Sutekh's son Horus in them. It's actually Anubis who is Sutekh's son. I really like that arc, so here's hoping it ends on a high note.

The Krillitanes from School Reunion would be cool to hear on audio. The Tenth Doctor says he's met them before. If Big Finish believe they can make the Weeping Angels and the Silence, both highly visual monsters, work on audio then there's no reason the Krillitanes wouldn't work on audio either. They at least speak. Another concept briefly touched upon in the New Series, specifically the Satan Pit (an absolute gem in an uneven series 2), is the Universe before this one and the Disciples of the Light. It'd be a fascinating soundscape, and imagine the Doctor trying to escape it (a bit like the recent Green Lantern Corps mini-series Edge of Oblivion). Imagine the Doctor up against an intellect that is bigger than even his, if what we learn of the Disciples in Impossible Planet/Satan Pit is anything to go by. As the universe before ours comes to its end, the Doctor must race against time and eldritch horrors just to survive. The concept of pre-universe already been explored in the books of Craig Hinton, especially Millennial Rites and All-Consuming Fire by Andy Lane, and the constant confrontations Seventh Doctor against gods. I always hated that the Tenth Doctor was puzzled by that as if is the first time he learn that, unless it is when the Beast said "before time" because the Time Lords invented the time or something similar. I always imagined the Disciples of the Light as the pre-universe Time Lords, or all incarnations of the Doctor who were in charge of locking the Beast in the near furute in the past. And enough about that "an intellect Up Against Doctor That is even bigger than his" I have had enough of Clara Oswald

Nine and the Daleks. Ten and the Cybermen. Eleven and the Silurians. Twelve and the Zygons. It is seriously or is this a joke? Because all those doctors already have confronted these monsters in their respective episodes.

I would like the New Series Doctors will face classic monsters, but those who have never appeared on the screen.
War Doctor: The Dar Trader, or the Hoothi. Ninth Doctor: The Chelonians, or the Rocket Men. Tenth Doctor: The Porcians, or the Grel. Eleventh Doctor: The Scorchies (that would be really hilarious) or the Selachians. Twelfth Doctor: The Pescatons, or the Mill.
Or better, a sequel of The Sirens of Time with all of them.

Eleven would just enjoy the absurdity, while Twelve would be very grumpy about the whole thing.

12 and the Mondasian Cybermen (if Capaldi dosen't get his wish first on TV that is!) You mean the more organic fabric ones like in Tenth Planet and Spare Parts?

Love the idea of 11th and Sil (it just fits, and I don't know why - theatricality?), and The Mara would be a great foe for 12 - a really cerebral villainous entity... versus The Mara!
