I think the 11th Doctor would be my choice to meet Sil (I wish BF used the character more). I'd love for 9 to meet up with Vervoids. For Doctor 10 ... I'm not sure. The Krotons! His chirpy persona would be well matched against those humourless tanks. And 12 would meet The Mara - some very intense and creepy audio scenes could be cooked up between those two. Love the idea of 11th and Sil (it just fits, and I don't know why - theatricality?), and The Mara would be a great foe for 12 - a really cerebral villainous entity... versus The Mara!

Maybe because they're both quite childish, but one is a good boy, and the other isn't. Personally, I reckon 9 would be a great fit for Sil, since he represents everything he always scorned and fought during his era. |

I think it probably depends on what you are going for in terms of the story - 11th for a lighter story and 9th if the story is making a very serious point.

11 classic Doctor Who baddies we want to see again
(If I could work out how to link it I would)
That article reminded me of this thread and showed that there would be scope for such a release. The only problem would be the availability of New series Doctors.
