can you find history of your purchases?can you look at previous months releases? can you go back to look at old news? is this a deliberate deterrent for people who maybe have access to hundreds of downloads but have not purchased anything recently? makes no sense, this new site feeds you bullshit,and keeps you very much in the dark!

I am hoping that the Product Library will be somewhat closer to what it was before. Right now it is a seemingly random list of items.
And the "you've got this" is not there for purchases and pre-orders I've already made (even for items it knows I purchased).
I just put "Fifth" in the search and one of the items it came you with was "Doctor Who: The Fifth Doctor Adventures: The Great Beyond" with "Please note: This release will be available to download from September 2024."
So in one place of the website it does know I pre-ordered it, but there is no "you've got this" on the upcoming September items.

Hopeful but worried. Not for the inconvenience (first world problem - no big deal) but if the site and app are going to be like this going forward, it may well drive both potential and existing customers away.
From the figures that came out a while ago, it sounds like the company needs as many people ordering as it can get.
I have a lot of respect and admiration for Big Finish. I think we all really want to see this succeed.
Big Finish, we're rooting for you and the site being sorted. You got this! 🤞

One interesting discovery; I just downloaded Zaltys onto the app as its coming up in my Season 19 marathon and the Subscriber Short strip Collector’s Item appeared with it. I was never a subscriber to the MR; so is this intentional or did they screw up? Confirmed. I just downloaded - to my computer - one of the releases that contains the one Subscriber Short Trip that I didn't own, cause that particular Main Range release was not included in a subscription I bought. I was a subscriber, but I started out buying individual releases on sale at first, so my subscriptions skipped some previously owned releases. As a result there were gaps in the Subscriber Short Trips I owned. I got most of my missing Subscriber Short Trips by buying Short Trip Rarities, but this particular Short Trip was never released that way. I did manage to listen to it at one point, though.
In other news:
So a thing I noticed: When you go to a release, it doesn't show the bonus material as it did on the previous incarnations of the website. Everything is in one big zip file and you have to download the release to see the bonus material. It's a bit annoying that they no longer tell you what bonus material comes with your release.

OK "summer break" broken again and with good reason this time.
The new website is bloody awful. (And that's me putting it politely because I like our mods and don't want to give them work. )
Please form an orderly queue so as not to bring the whole thing down again, but everyone check your account details because even after resetting my password (it is pathetic that it was necessary to do so), although it then knows my name and my past orders (coming to that) it still thinks I live at: Address line 1 London State Postcode United Kingdom
So we all need to manually update our address details as well as our passwords?
The 'history' of my orders is opaque because you have to open each one to see what the hades is in it (quicker to search my email archive) and the supposed list of downloads is beyond a joke. Utterly random order, sorted neither by release date, nor purchase date, nor by anything else I could make out. No indication of what I have or have not downloaded (I recently made sure I'd got the whole jolly lot, thankfully) and no way of filtering it.
The helpful 'you've got this' green spots have gone from the 'Coming Soon' pages, etc. etc. I could go on but won't. Hopefully BF will find some Ogrons to build them a new new website as I'm sure it would be better than this one.
This afternoon I happened to be enjoying a relisten to 'Jamie', the excellent first story in the equally excellent 2DAs 'James Robert McCrimmon' set in 18thC Edinburgh and Raven said she'd seen more advanced technology in a Shobogan settlement. Madam Time Lady, try logging into the new BF website and see what you think of that!

I joked a few times about making sure I'd DL'd everything before the change-over, but now I'm so glad I did. As far as I can make out, it would be impossible now to find what I had or had not DL'd, certainly for any overlooked extras. When a new release comes out, will we have to search for it by name to be able to download it??

if we had this wedsite 5 years ago big finish would losed alot folk to amazon and like to buy the stuff this website is not user friendy like the old 1 was the app just bad the old app and website 90% rigth those 2 5000 % wrong

What an almighty cock up from start to finish. Any reputable service provider would have done the appropriate change controls, including pre and post-implementation testing and relevant customer facing communication, emphasising what’s required from them and the channels of support. Hell, I’d have done all of it for them in exchange for next year’s classic Doctor subscription!
At this point they should’ve engaged their blackout plan and rolled back. As it stands, they’ll be inundated for the next few days, tweeting inconsistently and inaccurately whilst receiving no orders and customers receive no goods.
Also, in terms of accessibility, black background and white text is an absolute no-no. High contrast is not the one.

There's no way to quickly check by range, or in order of anything as far as I can see.

So I used to post here regularly a few years ago (and have lurked/dropped in occasionally in recent years) and truth be told don't buy/listen to as much BF as I used to, I hate to drop in just to complain but reading through this thread I agree with many points...I'm not really sure what the point in changing the website was? The Old design worked fine and was alot easier to navigate i.m.o, the new website seems very confusing and slow to navigate. I just went to place my first order in months (had to change my password first only then could I log into my account) and added some items sucessfully to my basket, but when I went to the basket and clicked on the delivery field which I autofilled with my existing address info I get the message: 'Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address' when the page reloaded. I've lived at the same address the entire time I've had an account with Big Finish? Entering my address manually gives me the same repsonse, but all the infomation is correct? I'm confused...this worked fine on the old website. So erm, I guess I will no longer be able to buy anything from Big Finish? Is this just teething troubles/glitch with the new website, or am I an idiot and filled in something wrong? (I'm not good with computers/technoology etc)

So I have finally accessed the Dashboard section of profile after several attempts on mobile getting nowhere, and am greeted with 142 pages of 5 releases a page and seemingly no way to organise or filter them. Well that’ll make confirming all my purchases are there a doddle. Who on Earth thought this was an improvement on the last website?!
