Maybe it is a bit naïve, but I would have thought they would have migrated at least everything up to some point in 2024 before making the new site live. If it wasn't ready, then postpone the live date.

So, there's no easy way to get a list of everything you own, and all the promo items are unavailable for download from the website, but are working on the app, and somethings are definitely showing as missing both ways. Spiffing. I've got a big task ahead of me tonight.
And the order numbers are all different

Good Luck there's not only Missing Links but also Dead Links from Old Offers, there's ones from Ranges they don't support anymore eg Highlander and The Sigmund Files Sigmund is available on the app. I have a nasty feeling some things may only EVER by via the app now (but I am, now, finding at least some of the freebies on the website)
However, on a sample, the only thing completely missing is the Tarrant Behemoth preview.
Howeve,r the next thing to annoy me is that the downloads don't contain the name of the item in the title of the zip file

I am having trouble with the same thing. While I do have all my BF zip files stored locally, I have on several occasions had to go back and re-extract the files to replace ones that were glitchy or had been inadvertently erased. Now finding the appropriate zip file becomes next to impossible. Of course, this issue pales in relation to the 443 BF titles I have on 89 pages on my BF dashboard with no way to sort them. That one is just a killer. |

On first look, I absolutely hate the site. Much less useability than the old site.
And I know some like the white font on black background look, but I hate it.
No wishlist anymore, glad I recorded everything on my wishlist yesterday.
And seems like a great idea that I downloaded the complete list of my purchases from the website last week, as well as downloading all the remaining releases I had not yet downloaded. Note to self: download releases upon arrival in my account in the future.
Also, I have stuff like this:
I don't care that it's unavailable for download. I have the whole release, I don't need the free previews anymore. I wish I could hide it from the list, like on the old site, or, better yet, just delete it from my list of purchases.

Yup, would love to be able to hide unnecessary stuff like free excerpts and podcasts, they make up quite a portion of my many pages of downloads. Not to mention four items per page, in seemingly no obvious order. And yes, where is the wishlist? Crikey.
Only thing I’m disagreeing about with comments in here is how modern and corporate it looks. This looks so, so dated to me. Those little diagonal corners look like they come from about 2006. It’s just really ugly.
God, how have they fiddledsticked this up so badly?

So, have they just removed the option to download mp3 and audiobook versions separately? Because all of my purchases now just have a single download option, which downloads a zip file (unhelpfully named with just a bunch of numbers) that contains both.
This is a really minor thing in some ways, but why are we now forced to effectively download the whole story twice? This is exceptionally shitty for anyone still on a metered internet connection, or anyone who might want to download over mobile data when out and about.
